Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:06am annie:

my sister lived in woodstock back in the early-to-mid 70s, she loved it, i visited often. she worked at the hotline, among other things. her favorite story was something about an MG parked near the Green; the locals told the tourists it was JJ's car. lots of camera-clicking ensued.. i love living there, too.. miss its hominess.
Avatar 7:09am Kevin_Ringwood_ UK:

Morning Jeffrey, I spent the whole of the first set in the garden, sowing parsnips, tomatoes and chillis. What a perfect soundscape!
Avatar 7:09am TDK60:

..wish I could go to the Brooklyn fest, but I always have to work that weekend.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:13am Jeffrey Davison:

TDK60: that book sounds good.

Spirit of Eden was recorded at a (now defunct) studio in my neighbourhood. I went down there the day Hollis died and stood outside for a while thinking about it. Sad, but good, vibes.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:28am fred:

"I've Endured". I just love the Ola Belle Reed version, but this is clicky-star worthy

Avatar 8:40am Fredericks:

I know this Alabama Bound by Jorma Kaukonen. I think it has a different title.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:41am annie:

this is oneof those instances where a "I like this whole set" clicky-star would be handy.. ...just sayin', yo

morning randy and queens

did i miss the concert updates?

well everyone is awake now. a firetruck laid on the horn for 15s right outside the window
Avatar 8:47am Kevin_Ringwood_ UK:

Go to go - it's lunchtime here. Great show Jeffrey, thank you
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:49am fred:

@annie: When I get tired of clicky-starring track (a good problem to have) I just cliky-star the whole show. I mean, why a middle ground of "I just liked this set" but not the whole thing?". Even if it was just this set that reached and talked to you, it was a longer term part of what the DJ put in that show. If you liked a long part of it, you liked it all, because that wouldn't have existed without the DJ's view for the whole show
  8:50am David in London:

Truly superb show today Jeffrey.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:54am Luna Nueva:

Good morning Jeff. Great show.
  8:54am Kevino:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:57am Luna Nueva:

Great show!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:01am Luna Nueva:

Great show!
  9:52am jeremyo:

I caught a bit of the show live but now catching up properly. full of delights as ever, beautiful pieces in the second set and invigorating, smile-making old-time sounds in the last. I have to say I listened to the whole of "I've Endured" thinking they were singing "I'm A Nerd", which is still a good song title.
