Favoriting March 6, 2019: WFMU 2019 Fundraising Marathon Week #1 with co-host Nick Name!

Today’s grand prize is a 2-CD set: “Listen All Around: The Golden Age of Central And East African Music” released on Dust To Digital! An 84-page book with 2 CDs, featuring 47 newly-transferred and re-mastered recordings that Hugh Tracey made in central and eastern Africa between 1950-1958. Every person who pledges $75 or more during this week’s program will get a chance to win it at the end of the show!



And all pledges of $75 or more will automatically receive “1989” – my 2019 Premium CD featuring songs released 30 years ago!
