Good morning Roger and Amanda and all others.

Avatar 9:02am Dano59:

do you have 'the Q People' tribute album? Tom Kenney has a Spongebob 'episode' on that...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:02am Amanda:

Hi to all you dippers! @Dano59, that's a good rec!
Avatar 9:05am Andrew in Etobicoke:

Is anyone else dancing in their underwear to what Roger and Amanda are playing?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:08am Amanda:

Great Amanda!

All I Want for Christmas is a Beatle(s White Album reissue)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:14am melinda:

I was trying to figure out where I'd heard the Seagulls song and after doing a search remembered that someone in my family sent me a Youtube vid.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:17am Ken From Hyde Park:

Zats, now Plankton is never going to be able to pry the secret Krabby Patty formula from the claws of Mister Krabs.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:24am melinda:

Haha, I remember the acoustic version of Daves I Know.
Avatar 9:25am Dano59:

I love this Bruce guy! (tho you can't play his 'The Doors' without some bleeps)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:35am Ken From Hyde Park:

Pink Panther trivia question: Did he ever speak in the cartoon?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:38am Hughie Considine:

@Ken, I feel like every so often he would utter something in a debonair baritone. Maybe it's just the acid talking ...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:39am Hughie Considine:

Betty Lou Gerson did the voice of Cruella, per IMDB. Love her earlier punky stuff.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:40am Amanda:

@Ken I feel like your avatar would know the answer to that question.
Avatar 9:45am Andrew in Etobicoke:

Jo Jo is the King!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:46am fred:

A couple of years ago, I saw AMM perform in a church. There was a guy just outside the church who played the Pink Panther theme on sax repeatedly for about the first half of their set. AMM are pretty quiet, so there was no escaping it. Sadly, they just ignored the guy
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:52am melinda:

Nice 3 theme!
  9:53am Bartholomew Noon:

Three's Company! When I hear this gem, I feel bad for the young people today. Their music is all autotune and loops. No soul. Keep the three's comin'!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:01am Amanda:

Ehh, I submit that there's plenty of analog music being made today--but Raposo was absolutely a master of composing and orchestra conducting! One of my heroes!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:04am melinda:

@Amanda I agree!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:06am melinda:

But I had no idea he also did the Three's Company theme. Always learning something at FMU.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:06am Amanda:

Aww, that's a shot in the arm for flu season. Thx.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:06am LilyAbigale:

OMG I didn't know E Coli was so mobile!
  10:08am yippie:

yeah my favorite song about a boy loving a rat
  10:09am yippie:

because my name is ben
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:10am Ken From Hyde Park:

I wonder how Ben the rat and Gentle Ben the bear would get along.
  10:11am yippie:

the rat would eat the bear
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:11am Amanda:

That is great, Ben :-) That song is going out to you, in that case.
  10:12am Rich in NC:

Good Morning Kids!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:13am Amanda:

Good morning Rich!
  10:13am yippie:

thanks Amanda
  10:15am Geronimo:

Wow guys- wacky ween gem
  10:16am Vincent Nifigance:

The Friends EP version of this song was remixed by the guy who did Crazy Frog, it's also excellent.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:17am Amanda:

Thx Geronimo and Vincent. NOW you can be our special friends.
  10:19am COLINfromvictoriabritishcolumbiacanada:

I often wonder about the adults who made these tunes. Did they all blow their brains out?
  10:24am annexia:

AxMan? Are you from St. Paul? Favorite retail establishment!
  10:24am COLINfromvictoriabritishcolumbiacanada:

Did you know there is less than a 1% DNA difference between a chipmunk and a common sewer rat? Can we have some singing rats please?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:25am Greg from ZONE 5:

Morning, Roger & Amanda & all!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:25am Amanda:

Hiya Greg!!! Loved your fill-in last week.
Avatar 10:26am Dano59:

not a fan of Exercise.
Am a fan of Ben. Nicole Atkins covered that ... and The Brave Little Toaster, my son's favorite movie - he still has hipster-age nostalgia for it
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:29am Amanda:

@Colin - yes, I'm sure we can play some rats eventually. Rizzo from the Muppets is a candidate.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:31am Granny Spicy Tuna:

Here i am! Just woke up.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:32am Amanda:

You're most welcome.
  10:34am COLINfromvictoriabritishcolumbiacanada:

@Amanda Rizzo is the shit! Didn't he have a whole bunch of rat friends in one sketch?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:35am Greg from ZONE 5:

Aww, thanks for listening!
@Dano59: Just finished up a logo for Nicole—should be dropping soon!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:35am Amanda:

He made his debut in The Muppets Take Manhattan, iirc, and he and his friends all ran a diner together.
  10:36am COLINfromvictoriabritishcolumbiacanada:

Yes! The diner.
  10:36am COLINfromvictoriabritishcolumbiacanada:

Bon apetite!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:37am Granny Spicy Tuna:

Looks like i slept through some thrilling tunes and other excitement. Dukes of Stratosphear, Teddy Ruxpin AND E Coli!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:41am Greg from ZONE 5:

I know snakes are God's children just like the rest of us, but I hate them. I'm working on it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:42am Amanda:

@Greg, I guess you aren't upset that she lost most of her babies, then?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:43am Greg from ZONE 5:

Suffice to say I'm deeply conflicted.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:47am Granny Spicy Tuna:

  10:51am Rich in NC:

Great song
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:59am Ken From Hyde Park:

The bell is going to ring soon. Thanks for the recess tunes.
Avatar 11:00am Dano59:

@Greg that's great news! I love her. First saw/met her at the hotel in Asbury Park, signing a Maria McKee song. She was about 21.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:03am Amanda:

THANK YOU ALL for listening today! Love yiz!
  11:19am P-90:

Kawasaki :absolutely one of the CATCHIEST jingles ever. And that diabolical synth repeating the melody...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:14pm Roger:

Thanks everyone! Too busy running the board to chat during the show, but love your comments and support.
@annexia my brother lived in Minneapolis, so yes, that Axman!
Avatar 5:02pm quinn:

This is Charlie's mom! He was so excited to hear himself on the radio today, playing his two-whistle solo. He asks for the show by name. :D
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:38pm pacific standard simon:

I love this show so much you would never believe how much I love it! I only wish that you were in my time zone, and work zone, so I could chat here. Anyway, I play these shows at work, and sometimes my co-workers freak out when they hear their childhood friends on the sound system.
