Reminds me of Summertime Rolls by Janes Addiction.
Avatar 12:18am Jeff Conklin:

Whoever the guy who plays lead guitar in Jane's Addiction would have to practice for about a thousand years to be a quarter as good as Wayne Rogers tho
Avatar 12:19am franny:

Dave Navarro.....probably doesn't have that time anymore. Too busy buying eyeliner.

Avatar 12:25am Johnny Sal:

Wayne Rogers rules. Saw him with one of my favorite bands he was featured in - Magic Hour - sometime around 94 or 95.

Avatar 1:26am Kenzo (Ken's Last Ever):

Is the pop-up player not working for someone right now?
  1:28am MONEYBAG$:

I just got lost in Montreal when my GPS stopped working, is it related??
  1:41am sufferwords:

usually with your dead sets but this sounds like the era i skipped- wisely
Avatar 1:50am Franco Twinkie:

In 2012 Nick Paumgarten wrote and affectionate but level headed article about The Dead in the New Yorker. He quipped that the drummers playing together sounded like sneakers clonking around in a clothes dryer. Funny observation and partially true.
Avatar 1:52am Jeff Conklin:

That sneakers in a dryer joke has been around for 20 plus years
  1:54am BEAVO:

Space is the place Sun Ra
  1:56am BEAVO:

Go see Dumpstaphunk when they come to your town!
  1:57am BEAVO:

AJ Ghent too!
Avatar 1:58am Franco Twinkie:

That figures. I dropped the ball about 1975, so there is a lot of stuff I missed out on. But I hear things differently now, and wish I had gone to at least a few shows to hear in real time some of their more outlandish emmenations.
  2:00am stuckinlodi:

@1:52 i wonder why

Everything falling apart around then, although it has solid entertainment value.

Soon Brent would save the day..
  2:03am Agent Peter:

MONEYBAG$ - Not quite, right? Only that one night in Cleveland did Jerry muster the words iirc
  2:03am sufferwords:
