	10:11pm Dean: Funny you mention large zucchini. I have a couple here--not monumentally huge, but slightly overweight--and I'm uncertain about how to use them. Usually, I just simmer them slowly in olive oil and add blue cheese, but these would make large coins. I might just scrape one of them into meatballs, add it to ground turkey and herbs along with bread crumbs, broil them for several minutes, and simmer them in tomato sauce.

I first heard it in Quebec, at the apartment of an attendee at Victo one year. I was stricken. He also played for us John Carter's Castles of Ghana, which I also adore.
