Got home in time for the Blumin Onion. Was at a redneck bar where half the clientele were gay, by the time I left, it turned into a diverse biker-gay industrial/goth party. I got the dj to play Throbbing Gristle's "Hamburger Lady", (from his phone), so I think, mission accomplished! (Dig the weird in the dirty south).

But what about Galaga????
  11:38pm
Mike tp:

way out keeper stuff....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:42pm
Daniel Blumin:

Album's a keeper, Mike! Check it out!
Avatar 🌫 Swag For Life Member 11:46pm
northguineahills:

I sucked at Galaga, and by the time I could reach the controls, it was already retro at the likes of Show-Biz Pizza.
  11:48pm
JakeGould:

THERE ARE NO GALAGA OR MS. PAC-MAN MACHINES IN CONEY ISLAND ANYMORE!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:48pm
coelacanth∅:

so "digdug" actually is a video game? ...and galaga?
... well video games were not my thing. i wasn't 1/2 bad at pinball though.
  11:49pm
JakeGould:

That said I am extremely good at “Mr. Do!”
Avatar 🌫 Swag For Life Member 11:50pm
Ike:

Q*Bert all the way.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:50pm
coelacanth∅:

i did get slightly almost not terrible at ms.pacman around 2002, when i could play it for free where i worked.
  11:51pm
JakeGould:

“Mr. Do!” is a crazy Japanese rip off of “Dig Dug” that actually plays faster and better, in my humble opinion.
  11:53pm
JakeGould:

And I was also really good at “Joust.” Found out recently Nintendo exec saw “Joust” at a trade show and ripped off the overall mechanics of the game for the first “Mario Brothers” game.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:54pm
Daniel Blumin:

coela, they were arcade games... and they were addictive! Once spent my entire life savings that were in the TENS of dollars in one day and called it quits.
  11:58pm
Mike tp:

thanks for the super selections tonight.i hit it just right Daniel!!!! Johnny on the spot....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:58pm
coelacanth∅:

i figured they were arcade games. (though the ms. pacman i played was in a bar)
...and i also had to put a stop to the pinball. my hard-earned record money gone in a day. that was that.
