I am currently in a dirty fire test lab with a big fan on my waiting for 4pm as well. Not exactly a cubicle. When I worked for BASF THAT was a cubicle!
@Creamo-this is some really interesting stuff I have NEVER heard and some never HEARD OF. Is this the music that is written up in Maximum Rock n Roll 'zine that still appears to be out there for sale?

Huh? IS that a joke? I spent half my life in Ohio, I'll say whatever the hell I want about it. Which are mostly good things.

There is a really great aviation museum at Wright Patterson AFB, open to the public!

Duck's Breath Mystery Theatre was a comedy program on public radio in the 80s. Jim Turner (aka MTV's Randee of the Redwoods) got his start there.

Cb’s didn’t sell printed tickets back then

"Duck's Breath Mystery Theatre" just reminded my that there's an old sign at the chinese place I like that indicates at one point you could buy duck tongues by the pound.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:04pm Michael 98145:

harvesting duck tongues would -not- be a pleasant job

One of those reissue labels could eat out on this playlist for a year.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:38pm Aitch:

Quite odd I have to listen to an American station to hear obscure NZ bands when I live in Sydney. Very good though.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:39pm Todd76Pct:

Cremo and Justin - Thanks for the great show today. Had the pleasure of listening through a long drive from Long Island to CT today. The Ohio stuff took me back to my days in Columbus '74-'78, laughing while a young Ron House disrupted parties by comandeering the turntable to yank an Outlaws or Pure Prairie League LP to drop some Fabulous Poodles joint. Flashed back to tooling around Clevo in the rain record-shopping, amazed at the poorly maintained roads. There was this road in Parma that was on a 30 degree tilt for a few miles back then...
