Avatar 12:13am Joel St. Germain:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:16am Ken From Hyde Park:

This has been a Stellar program so far.
Avatar 12:18am Joel St. Germain:

some deeply soulful synth playing - a rarity today
  12:19am Connor:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:36am coelacanth∅:

so fuckin' bizarre
  12:36am steve:

this is the shit
Avatar 12:38am Joel St. Germain:

thanks guys. I thought for sure I had sucked all of the joy out of the room
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:39am coelacanth∅:

the room is now full of bizarre joy
  12:40am JayD:

You bring the joy, Joel!
  12:40am Connor:

damn now I'll never know how ET ends...
  12:44am steve:

ET legit dies in a river.
  12:45am ike:

That was excruciating and just emphasized what a solid director Spielberg is (even if I don't always like his mainstream-y choice of material) since he could make drippy BS like that seem totally credible and even absorbing as a movie.
  12:46am Robin:

Feeling these basslines. Great show!
  12:47am Mike tp:

I'm a schmoozer....
Avatar 12:48am Joel St. Germain:

cheers Robin. it's all about the basslines. thank you!
Avatar 12:49am Joel St. Germain:

fuck.. that extra little kick in that drum is such a jack your body move. you don't hear in a lotta euro disco. this song rules .. ppl might actually dance to it
Avatar 12:50am JakeGould:

E.T. is notable for two reasons:

1. It is one of the few science fiction movies where the alien is not a personification of the “other” and some creature who is out to destroy the world. E.T. is nice, kind and gentle.
2. Also, E.T. looks like a walking nutsack.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:53am coelacanth∅:

Connor, steve is messin' with you, but i'll tell you. et turns out to be pretty evil after all and eats the transformer pills he had hidden in his ass and morphs into a huge beast with scary fangs and 13 eyeballs and he eats all the kids. the movie ends with et guiding an army of alien space ships landing on earth.
Avatar 1:11am Adamsworth:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:27am Connor:

sample-delic mix
Avatar 1:30am northguineahills:

I'm in FL, and there was a palmetto bug in my living room. I used a shovel to crush it, and just kept on scurrying. So, I jumped on it (we hard-soled boots) repeatedly to the beat before it succumbed. Those bastards have crazy hard caraspaces!
Avatar 1:31am northguineahills:

errr. (I was wearing hard-soled boots)
Avatar 1:32am northguineahills:

I'm tre jealous, I don't own any UR on wax.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:33am Connor:

Avatar 1:33am northguineahills:

What Connor said (we're heading towards 90s Rotterdam 'core).
Avatar 1:34am northguineahills:

(or maybe more happy hardcore)
Avatar 1:36am Joel St. Germain:

how do people dance this fast? I think to music this fast people usually dance pretty slow .. like every fifth beat or somethin
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:38am michelle mello:

that's very specific dancing patterns ....?
Avatar 1:38am northguineahills:

@Joel: when I was up until mid-20s, I did it in 15 minute spurts, take a breather and water, and continue. (also see jungle and drill & bass).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:40am Connor:

what's a summy?
Avatar 1:40am northguineahills:

By the time I was 29, I would do half-time dancing.

I'm going to take care of my personal hygiene, will be still listening. Thanks Joel!
Avatar 1:43am northguineahills:

In east london slang (i may be wrong) a summy is a girl that catches a boy and the first glance and he becomes entranced.
  1:45am smh:

what is a mutiny? a nautical rebellion, a washout that is tidal, where you'll give way without delay unless you're suicidal
Avatar 1:47am northguineahills:

Phew, I thought there was a mutiny on George Clinton's mothership!
Avatar 1:49am northguineahills:

I needed my club music dosage, not enough on the woofmoo!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:50am Connor:

that's where Joel comes in clutch, the ultimate party starter!
Avatar 1:50am Adamsworth:

I took the show off to head to bed, but I'm sad the everyone else can't hear Gino Gino right now
Avatar 1:52am Joel St. Germain:

Avatar 1:52am Joel St. Germain:

Avatar 2:09am Joel St. Germain:

  2:10am Clay:

Avatar 2:10am Joel St. Germain:
