Rw! I've still got some windowpane in the freezer - you down?
  12:37am rw:

Sure! We could just watch the playlist.
Avatar 12:38am Franco Twinkie:

Yeah! and the spiderwebs on the living room ceiling.
  12:41am rw:

You've been to my house?
Avatar 12:42am Franco Twinkie:

I just know these things.
  12:42am rw:

There's a nice crack in the ceiling too.
Avatar 12:46am Franco Twinkie:

It's Friday! What the hell. Order some Thai food for later and watch the parade of animals walk across the ceiling.
  12:54am rw:

Ha! Sounds like fun. There's a parade of animals in my backyard too. Unfortunately I've got too many responsibilities at the moment. Maybe some day though...
Avatar 12:56am Franco Twinkie:

No problem. Actually, I should keep my eye on the ball as well. One slip and I'm in the dog house.
  1:00am chresti:

Very nice show thanks
  1:02am rw:

It's nice being a grown up but it has it's drawbacks.
Avatar 1:05am Franco Twinkie:

It's the never ending conflict. I've seen what happens when some people don't buckle down. Sad.
  1:05am rw:

And Rich, what chresti said!

Hey chresti, coel, and everyone.
Avatar 1:08am Franco Twinkie:

I love this! Seen their picture, but I had no idea.

Ha Noi? Are you staying on one of the market streets?
  1:44am rw:

This is the happiest sounding saddest song ever! (Jilted)
  1:59am rw:

Today my son was complaining that his Spotify playlist had too much Cramps and Devo. I told him it could be worse.
  2:02am Pterodactylman:

I glisten as I listen...
  2:03am devlawn:

sounds good on this end.
Avatar 2:17am Franco Twinkie:

Rw, I know it's hard for the kids to see it in perspective, but as you know when Devo first came on the scene there was nothing and I mean NOTHING like them. Same with the Cramps. Tell your son that both groups rose above the rest of the racket, and made your eyeballs fall out of your face.
  2:26am rw:

FT, That's not the problem. He's a fan of both (and is wearing a Cramps T-Shirt right now). It's just that he doesn't have enough other stuff he likes to balance out the playlist. It's tough being a kid these days.
Avatar 2:28am Franco Twinkie:

I wouldn't know. I'm a half-deaf, dottering old fool. But I do have a good memory.
  2:30am rw:

But I agree! I have a friend who's 40 yrs old who complains about how every documentary about music now says the same thing, "You have to understand, there was nothing like this out there". I tell him, "But it's TRUE!"
Avatar 2:35am Franco Twinkie:

I'm going to go out the same way I started - staying up late up late and searching for the stuff from other planets. It's an effort, but what is the alternative, sleep? BAH!
  2:36am miketp:

entering the show with Tran.just watched film MR. NOBODY...I LOVE WFMU...
  2:38am rw:

All the best stuff seems to happen late at night or very early in the morning. Not being a morning person I usually miss that part.
  2:40am rw:

Actually I'm not really sure about the morning stuff. Not being awake and all. Just an educated guess.
  2:42am rw:

Rich! Beautiful Carcass as always. Don't worry about the venting. It just seems to be that time of year.
Avatar 2:43am Franco Twinkie:

The only sounds I like in the morning are barking dogs and trash trucks.
Avatar 2:44am grtyvr:

this is why I listen to wfmu!
Avatar 2:44am grtyvr:
