@mrdonutsu: I once asked Michael Morley if there were copies left of the Lavender head or plans for a reissue, and he said no to both
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:25pm mrdonutsu:

@fred Damn, guess I'll just have to wait until Fabio plays the entire thing!
  4:26pm khd:

i own a copy of the double LP of Lavender Head and have it recorded to my PC - if it's not up on youtube I will put it up and put a link in the comments page later on
Avatar 4:27pm Trickin' Luke:

What was that groovy fuzzy background music? I love it! Thanks
  4:27pm Marc15:

The Flash became the fastest man alive after he was struck by lightning
  4:29pm Marc15:

Well, technically it was Barry Allen who struck by lightning and became The Flash
Avatar 4:29pm Fredericks:

I did hear about a non-musician becoming an excellent piano player after being struck by lightning.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:30pm joe:

Tuinal-No longer a thing
Avatar 4:31pm coelacanth∅:

i was a fairly small barnacle until i got struck by lightning
Avatar 4:31pm Lixiviated Life:

"Whats 2 'n 1?"
"Shoe Polish."
"Whats 3 'n 1?"
"Motor oil."

(oh those darn lil' rascals)
Avatar 4:32pm Lixiviated Life:

not sure what 2 'n all would be
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:33pm The Oscar:

Caught a screening of The Seventh Seal at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge last fall, and it was just as amazing as you'd imagine.
  4:34pm flashbazbo:

Tuinal chaser may refer to Jim Carroll
Avatar 4:36pm Peteski:

Tuinal Chaser may also refer to my High School nickname
  4:37pm Brendan:

Regarding lightning, look up Roy Sullivan . The Wash Post did a story on him a few years back.
Avatar 4:38pm coelacanth∅:

we had a dog when i was growing up that my sister stole from some shithead who was addicted to tuinals. she named him "tui" and my brother added a silent p at the beginning. i guess we were that dog's tuinal chasers.
  4:38pm flashbazbo:

On velvets live at Max's Jim is begging for a tuinal. to go with his Pernod
  4:41pm ?:

No, I don’t eat bicycles if that’s what you’re asking
  5:02pm nic:

carlos was the only down for me
  5:02pm Detroit monster:

I want to resurrect the Guerrilla Art Action Group
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:02pm el_musgo:

wikipedia says... Gardel died on 24 June 1935 in an airplane crash in Medellín, Colombia.
  5:08pm Brendan:

That Gardel song was originally culturally repressed by the military dictatorship of 1943 who made him change and resubmit it to the ‘radio communications committee ‘ because the first two verses contained words they arbitrarily considered immoral or negative for the language of Argentina. Mano a Mano (hand in hand) was about a female singer dying of TB.
  5:09pm Brendan:

Very FCC of them
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:12pm Linda Lee:

.. although the FCC has yet to commit mass murder.
  5:13pm Detroit monster:

Maybe Apple will play his songs on one of their commercials and then the public can take him for granted just like every other band out there today.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:15pm WillCrete:

That float from the previous polyphonic voices into this ride cymbal / electronics was such a beautiful shift in texture.
  5:21pm Bralph:

really dig this current song
Avatar 5:22pm TDK60:

The music is helping.
  5:29pm Bralph:

I could hear this as like a soundtrack song for someone en route to somewhere in a like dirty industrial environment; like in an 80s indie film
  5:30pm brainiac:

They showed dirty industrials at the last bachelor party I attended.
Avatar 5:32pm Chris from DC:

Avatar 5:32pm Chris from DC:

Or something like that.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:35pm Bas NL:

I'm still here too! It's a fantastic listen Fabio!
  5:35pm PERSONATOR from highland park:

Hey love show for many years now I often think of the Brian de Palma Film blowout where the field recording engineer captures the sound of a murder that was my intro to that idea
  5:36pm Gooberz.jpg:

This is some of the best Vaporwave IMO: robust and airtight on the concept, way better than the rest. Goes beyond
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:36pm common:

good stuffs! hey Fabio, all!
Avatar 5:37pm TDK60:

"Het is een fantastisch luisteren." Ha! Another online translation for Bas, though Bas likely needs it not.
  5:37pm Spoken Word:

The Failure of Archives...
  5:37pm Bralph:

Maybe someone is tangoing into the master tango man's music in another galaxy!
  5:38pm Bralph:

into = to
  5:38pm nic:

love this !!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:41pm Bas NL:

@TDK60 That is bang on and as crooked as in English.. It's not the failure of thought that counts though.. ;)
  5:42pm steuben:

can you please play some Nick Drake, Fabio?
Avatar 5:42pm TDK60:

Discogs says Rocchetti started out in hardcore punk. Uses analog stuff too.
Avatar 5:44pm northguineahills:

  5:47pm brainiac:

O Morto, we hardly knew ye.
Avatar 5:48pm northguineahills:
