A viking ship appears on the horizon, a likeness of Loretta Lynn carved into its bow. Rare birds flock together to sing Francoise Hardy as soul hits. A sunset of blips and bleeps fills the air.

Avatar 11:24am riley:

@Skott. Bobby Jameson passed 2015. His blogspot is still available and tells an extraordinary L.A. 60's tale. From alter ego Chris Lucey to almost Monkee to Curt Boettcher "Color Him In" production to an amazing internet self-penned testimonial. An amzing spirit and an equally amazing memory of 60s. A redemptive tale of music biz ripoffs and etc.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:26am Mick:

Incredible show as always, Trouble. The Tate Modern 'Soul of a Nation' show looks amazing! Do you happen to know if some incarnation of that is coming to NY?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:30am Skott:

Thanks Riley - ya Bobby was really inspiring guy, a total phoenix. I didn't know the almost-Monkee part.
Avatar 11:33am riley:

@Skott. Yeah as far as I remember, he was the first to be brought into The Monkees saga, hanging with Davy Jones, introducing Mickey Dolenz and then eventually passing The Monkees and onto Steve Clark through which the Boettcher production actually crystallized versus his many shelved projects. I should have said semi-redemptive above as his clear minded memoir is sure filled with well-earned bitterness at the biz.
