  10:46am Bob:

digging all the Little Peggy March action. had a major crush on her when "I Will Follow Him" came out in '63. love that b-side you played. another killer b-side (of "I Wish I Were A Princess") is "My Teenage Castle (Is Tumblin' Down)"
  11:03am Brendan:

Lovely fade outro
  11:04am Dennis Diken:

another really great Association fall tune is "Autumn Afternoon," a criminally previously unreleased track that appeared a few years back on the Now Sounds 2 CD mono reish of Insight Out

yeah that was a great TH tune -- not on my radar in 4th grade; @joe i guess 1958 had good taste :)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:24am Parq:

I had that Talking Heads live album (may still, not sure). I love the end of "Psycho Killer", just before "Take Me To", when some guy yells out in the audience, "That's the only song they ever play on the radio, dammit!" Not much has changed.
Avatar 11:27am Joe McG:

@Parq: It's nice to have since the official live LP only has one side from this period.
  11:28am Agent Peter:

Sounds like "Fried Neckbones"

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:34am steveo:

I'm really enjoying it, thanks!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:36am Parq:

Was trying to figure out who had the well known version of "Greenback". Turns out it was the Kingston Trio. Also turns out that Hoyt Axton had some kind of hit with it.
  11:37am melinda:

The first time I heard Greenback Dollar it was someone singing it badly on a camping trip, and it was thus tainted for a long time.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:37am Passaic River Blues:

Someone call Light in the Attic--that "Greenback Blues" track would be golden for the next edition of their "Country Funk" collection.
Avatar 11:37am Brian in UK:

What no Tango!
  11:37am Karen in Sleepy Hollow:

Jerry Reed! I had this album on 8-track as a kid! I love you for this one Joe!

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:41am Parq:

Melinda, hah! The first time I heard Greenback was when I was taught it by a counselor in summer camp.
  11:43am melinda:

@parq it must be a campfire favorite! I like Anita Carter, too, almost didn't recognize her here due to the fancy arrangement and different style.
