What Greenwood should do in October is get local actors to play the spirits of some of the people buried there. Have late night tours, where they "meet" with the spirits, who tell their life stories....

Also, there is a huge colony of parrots at Greenwood Cemetery. No tour needed. They hang on near the spire in the main entrance. Massive nests and if you stand and pay attention for a while you can see where they come down and hang out. brooklynparrots.com...
