A grey morning and the seagulls are mischievously eyeing up the garbage. But my mind's on the Portuguese coffee shop that I recently found, for a tiny cup of rocket fuel and a creamy pastel. How about you?
Avatar 4:23am Sem Chumbo:

Market Day, so bracing myself to pour tastes and talk about craft spirits. Really sort of guerrilla theatre. Can't wait, but happy it's not an everyday thing.
Had three weeks in Portugal once, the perimeter tour starting and ending in Oporto. Wonderful bread, and I had the best garlic chicken of my life in Sintra.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:29am Ken From Hyde Park:

Good morning, Carol and lunar lovelies. Here's a full moon rising near a historical site: apod.nasa.gov...
  4:30am Stanley:

We fancy going back soon and you're not the first to mention Sintra. If you remember the chicken joint, I'd love to check it out.
Avatar 4:33am CarolCrow:

Good morning, Ken:) Thanks for send the picture:)
Avatar 4:36am CarolCrow:

@Sem 4:23: You have craft spirits at your Market? We don't have that at ours:(
Avatar 4:50am Sem Chumbo:

Ms. Crow, it's an arrangement w/ our Department of Agriculture and their programs A Taste of Nova Scotia and Select Nova Scotia. The distillery uses Nova Scotia fruit in many of our spirits ( we have Pear in a Bottle which is filled with pear brandy, for instance.) An incentive to add value to produce for growers. Also, Farmers' Markets' for the most part are overseen by Agriculture, so we benefit from that as well.
Avatar 4:53am CarolCrow:

@ Sem: Wow. Interesting:)
Avatar 5:03am Sem Chumbo:

Until next time, then. Time to go. Thank you for the music.
