Pretty way to start the show @Liz
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:03pm Passaic River Blues:

We got harps in the quickie marts. Go Jerz!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:05pm tomasz.:

love Mary Lattimore i do. afternoon Liz, all
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:05pm Liz Berg:

The prettiest song ever written about a Wawa (mid-south NJ's version of a 7-11 convenience store/gas station)! Oh, hi everyone!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:07pm Switchblade Batman:

I lived in the Poconos for a bit. I've survived many a night on a Wawa's hoagie.

Its superior to Subways in every way.
  12:13pm Listener142985:

Wawa has long deserved a lovely song of its own. Best things there: the tiny sangwiches called Sizzlis. Two for $3 sometimes. And that was a very nice bit of music.
Avatar 12:14pm ᏠЄႶႶỊѺµЄ:

Easing into the morning with Liz and Wawa talk.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:15pm Liz Berg:

I concur the Wawa hoagie is a magical thing. Beats those sad 7-11 hot dogs rotating under the heat lamp, eh?
  12:19pm JakeGould:

I kinda like overcooked hot dogs.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:21pm Ken From Hyde Park:

I'd like to see a map showing the popular convenience stores across the country. Wawa, 7 Eleven, Circle K, etc.
Avatar 12:23pm Wild Neil:

Peace all. Circle Ks big in Cali and NM (lived there.). Wawa in Stroudsburg, Pa and Jersey Shore but NOT Northern NJ. Why? Their coffee and free ATMS are awesome!
  12:26pm Listener142985:

Re: hoagies. A tiny breakfast sangwich is in the Wawa wheelhouse. For a true sub, a trip to the White House in Atlantic City would be in order. Movie bonus: It was in the Louis Malle movie ''Atlantic City.''
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:34pm chris:

hi, Liz and gang. digging the sounds and the hoagie talk
Avatar 12:35pm Wild Neil:

Gotta try The White House.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:35pm Threemoons:

  12:37pm Old Dave:

I missed the Wawa song!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:37pm Switchblade Batman:

I'd go to the one in East Stroudsburg near ESU @WildNeil.

Oh it totally is @Liz, sometimes me and buddy will roadtrip from Brooklyn to NJ's deepest heart for a Wawa's hoagie
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:38pm Switchblade Batman:

www.youtube.com... @Old Dave
  12:39pm Old Dave:

Avatar 12:56pm Fox (Rā-chul):

I agree with upstate chris. Wheee!
  12:57pm Anon Freq Cmtr:

What about Sheetz? How's the food there?
Avatar 1:01pm steve:

Lizzy Nercier Descloux's "Wawa" was actually inspired by a hoagie
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:01pm Switchblade Batman:

The Wawa's hoagie discussion begins and ends with the italian.
Avatar 1:05pm D. Lightfoot:

Play something that makes life seem interesting again
Avatar 1:06pm Chris M.:

unbelievably this is a Bush cover. anyone remember the 90s?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:07pm Switchblade Batman:

@Liz have you played Everything Zen before? It sounds familiar
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:07pm Summer and Michael:

April 25 b'days: Ella Fitzgerald, Al Pacino, and, um... Michael. Shh. Great show, Liz!
  1:08pm Old Dave:

There went Robert Pirsig yesterday...
Avatar 1:08pm D. Lightfoot:

The 90s were a punk-ass decade
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:08pm Switchblade Batman:

@Chris M, or maybe that. Yeah I remember the 90s, the belle epoch.

When our biggest problem was that people in the suburbs didn't understand our feelings.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:09pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Wawa should consider pop-up micro-stores. For example, put one in Monty Hall to feed & slake the show attendees.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:11pm Switchblade Batman:

Seconded @Ken
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:11pm Liz Berg:

Thanks @Chris M! Oh the '90s... Happy b-day Michael! And agreed with you Ken from HP!
Avatar 1:17pm D. Lightfoot:

Liz saves me again from another doomed Tuesday afternoon chained to my desk frantically editing crap in silence
Avatar 1:18pm ᏠЄႶႶỊѺµЄ:

Liz, you can always play something by Hoagy Carmichael. Ammi rite or ammi rite???
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:22pm fred:

Dudu Geva! Marked as new, but I guess it just means Oso recently got to uploading it
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:27pm fred:

Wow! It looks like it's actually new... maybe they got together when he paid a visit to France earlier this year
Avatar 1:34pm Chris M.:

seems overly pleasant for this song title
  1:51pm JakeGould:

Can you play something by Chicken Panini? Damn I’m hungry.

  2:16pm dsh:

This strange parts song is the best
Avatar 2:17pm ᏠЄႶႶỊѺµЄ:

@D.Lightfoot - You mean "Classic" ear Coke, right?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:23pm fred:

@ᏠЄႶႶỊѺµЄ: "New" Coke never happened. Though Colson Whitehead as a funny story about it in Sag Harbor
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:23pm Michael 98145:

Mexican seems to be popular with the fashionable.
Avatar 2:24pm Chris from DC:

Yay, Jowe Head
Avatar 2:24pm Parq:

Okay, this Buddy semi-cover is the greatest weird thing I've heard in days.
Avatar 2:25pm ᏠЄႶႶỊѺµЄ:

This just reaffirms that there is a song out there about anything.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:25pm Michael 98145:

Avatar 2:27pm D. Lightfoot:

Crystal Ear Pepsi
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:28pm Michael 98145:
