Morning, all.

@canterbury: Good to see you! Be patient hahah
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:09am Erik in MIchigan:

RIP Bruce Langhorne. Hope he was aware of some of the nice attention/tribute he's received in recent years...
Avatar 12:15am the Canterbury wood-elf:

Just read on the Bruce Langhorne wikipedia page that *he was "Mr. Tambourine Man"* (inspired the song with a kind of frame drum Dylan heard him play). I had no idea. And that's his guitar playing on "Love Minus Zero", probably my favourite early Dylan song. RIP BL.

I am creating homemade hummus enjoying this music! I always listen to freeform music while making freeform food! It's good for the food!

That Tonstartssbandht album is amazing. Glad I got past the dumb band name ...
Avatar 12:46am Jeff Conklin:

@Bentangle: Ha. I said the same thing
Avatar 1:02am the Canterbury wood-elf:

Good on Marian Henderson for attempting to cover this ISB song, but i'm not sure it works. Too personal to Robin Williamson. Interesting to hear though.
Avatar 1:06am Bentangle:

Looking forward to the 'Tonstartssbandht' pronounciation.
Avatar 1:13am Jeff Conklin:

@Canterbury: I hear your opinion and don't agree with it. :)

The old aussie stuff was good, never heard Spaceman before. I'll send some links to some other stuff you may not have heard.
Avatar 1:26am Johnny Sal:

This Trad Gras is great. Not yet released?
Avatar 1:34am Jeff Conklin:

@Johnny: Next month

Beautiful, seems so simple, minimal & powerful because of that.

Distillation of LA canyons in 60s /70s, kerosene lamps/stained glass/Navajo rugs...time travel.

@geezerette: That describes about 33 percent of this program weekly ha

Ha ha, sorry I can't stay up for more of it live. Love the show but usually listen to archive.
Let me pour you a hot cup of Mu tea Jeff.
Avatar 2:36am geezerette:

Reminds me of Gordon Lightfoot.

Hi Jeff, mighty fine fine show again! Just want to let you know I am still working on USA Distro for Joost Dijkema's - Sacred Revelations LP. I agreed on a price with Lion Productions last week, so he's now investigating how much recs he wants to take. So hopefully, within a few weeks the record will be available in the US. Till next time.
