Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:20am ultradamno:

Like this Abdou El Omari, reminds me of Korla Pandit a little.
Avatar 6:31am fred:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:47am Nate K.:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:47am ultradamno:

Avatar 6:50am fred:

Nice Lost System track. Funny they called it "Future Shock", it sounds like it could have been made decades ago
  7:20am kev:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:21am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Avatar 7:25am e12:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:25am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

  7:30am kev:

Avatar 7:30am fred:

Why do I enjoy skipping records? Well, only if they're not mine
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:30am ultradamno:

Liking this track even with unscheduled skiploop
  7:31am KP:

Good AM to you, Nate
  7:32am Will:

Diggin the groove this morning Nate, which is to say there isn't one but that itself is groovy! Love this Mali thing.
Avatar 7:37am fred:

Vinyl glitches are so much better than CD ones. And mp3 glitches are so boring
Avatar 7:46am fred:

Damn, I love Gospel of Mars, but I'll be at a show
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:58am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

(...something about grooves?...)
Avatar 8:07am fred:

Nice Pharoah vibe in that Barney Wilen track
  8:09am kev:

I liked that track too,and Idrissa a lot
Avatar 8:11am fred:

Was that Barney Wilen a reissue? Souffle Continu is a record store in Paris, and they run a label too. But maybe there was a label named so earlier, that could have been an inspiration for the name (I assumed it was named for circular breathing)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:13am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

- like an African Dead doing 'Creator Has a Master Plan'...now a great Sweet track I never heard...how I love this station...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:17am Nate K.:

Hey @Fred, yes, it's a reissue as far as I can tell.
  8:29am james f:

whats up, nate
  8:31am kev:

yay!!! Atlantic Thrills
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:36am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Favorite Stones track?...Ah - what does that mean...
  8:37am kev:

great song Thx Nate
  8:39am kev:

@Rev Stray Cat Blues my fave. what does that mean?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:41am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...means - if one says 'fave Stones track' - another has to ask - 'for what?'...tho' those two songs have related themes...
Avatar 8:42am fred:

I think the only Rolling Stones song I kinda liked was Continental Drift
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:46am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

TheBeatles went to India, TheStones to Africa...
Avatar 8:49am fred:

@RRN63: and both found their real home going to the bank (especially the Stones, though their Monty Python ad was funny)
  8:49am kev:

the stones are #1 in my book
Avatar 8:51am fred:

A high school friend didn't graduate because he skipped a crucial test to see what was billed as the Stones' farewell tour. That was in 1990
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:54am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...TheStones always get a pass on Evil because...Stones...
TheBeatles - a boon to Lawyers everywhere...uneasy the head wears the crown...
Avatar 8:55am fred:

The Buzzcocks are touring these days. I'm very skeptical of such things, but I saw them 4 years ago and they still had it. It might be worth taking a chance, if the price of admission isn't too high
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:56am ultradamno:

School Boy Blues
  8:57am kev:

they are a little overbearingly today, but were the best for r&r for 20 yes. the Beatles are pop except for John Thx Nate great show
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:58am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:
