Well Bill, it is two years next week since you stopped the regular show. I must go and get a haircut. Not sure if I am Teasy or Weasy.
  10:51am Bill Mac:

Wow man, time sure does fly doesn't it?
No teasy or weasy on this side of the pond. We've been so ordered by the prez-elect to rock the Drumpf before inauguration day.
I'm liking Teasy over Weasy, she doesn't look so mean.... or orange....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:07am Parq:

I'm in. See you in an hour.
Avatar 11:08am Brian in UK:

Well that has got the barnet trimmed (rhyming slang Barnet Fair = hair).

Well I am looking forward to a swinging show, Bill.
Avatar 11:52am Sem Chumbo:

Yo, Bill. How 'bout them PA electors, eh?
See ya shortly.
Avatar 11:54am Bill Mac:

Waiting anxiously just outside studio C. See you soon.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:56am doctorjazz:

Need my Drummer fix for my post election funk. Great to have you here today, Bill.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:56am Carmichael:

Heya Bill and pre-holiday people.
Avatar 12:02pm Dominick:

All right!
Avatar 12:02pm V Priceless:

Heya Bill! Welcome back! Nice Coopering w/the Hoof & Mouth, btw
Avatar 12:05pm Sem Chumbo:

In elementary school, my sense of rhythm was so bad, I was given rubber sticks for Rhythm Band recitals.
Avatar 12:06pm Brian in UK:

Hey hep cats. Cap't Bill at the rudder steering a course through the turgid political Sargasso Sea.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:07pm Carmichael:

He said "turgid", he he .....
  12:07pm joe:

'ello folks
Avatar 12:08pm Brian in UK:

Where is Buck when we need him.
Avatar 12:11pm Bill Mac:

Making me smile, this set is...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:13pm listener james from westwood:

Afternoon, Bill and all!
Avatar 12:13pm Brian in UK:

Go see Orchestre Poly Rhythmo if you ever get the chance. Just Because.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:14pm doctorjazz:

Man, I went to the IMDB site, saw the Dr. Strangelove page, got a shiver down my spine, and had to leave that page really fast.
The Orchestre Poly Rhythmo is a help. Have to watch for them.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:15pm Parq:

What a cool approach to the standard blues structure this Eola is!
Avatar 12:17pm Sem Chumbo:

^ no doubt.
Avatar 12:17pm ndbob:

Heya Bill and everyone!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:17pm Carmichael:

Reminds me of a cross between The Beach Boys and Ivory Joe Hunter.
Avatar 12:18pm Brian in UK:

Bang & Olufson must be expensive to repair, so hence the blues.
Avatar 12:18pm Sem Chumbo:

Hey, ndbob, long time.
Avatar 12:20pm Brian in UK:

Hello ndbob.
Now this is what I call freeform.
Avatar 12:21pm KP:

Bill, sorry you didnt take the election but youre a winner with us
Avatar 12:24pm Brian in UK:

KP I was playing McGuinn second solo the other day. Not great but some good songs like Al Kooper's Please Not) One More Time. Still sounds good.
Avatar 12:24pm Bill Mac:

KP Now there's something I wouldn't want to be....
Avatar 12:26pm Sem Chumbo:

Gastoni out of the Chocolate Drops and into Syreeta. Can't wait for what happens next!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:35pm joe:

And he really does do a lot of everything else.
Avatar 12:35pm Sem Chumbo:

Are you saying your going viral, Bill?
Avatar 12:46pm Bill Mac:

Not me! Hey were you giving real estate advice to prospective expats to your fine place of residence yesterday?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:46pm Parq:

Just checked. It's Friday from Wake Island west to somewhere in the middle of China. Can you tell I'm bored?
Avatar 12:49pm Bill Mac:

It's the 2nd time that topic came up in my circle...can you tell we're bored?
Avatar 12:56pm Brian in UK:

Bill, maybe it is the change of the seasons. The chickens have gone off lay, one egg in ten days.
Avatar 1:00pm Bill Mac:

Do you have daylight savings over there? They turn the clocks back this time of year, making it darker earlier in the day. Hate driving home in the dark and I think it contributes to the overall decline in ambition.
Avatar 1:00pm Sem Chumbo:

@Bill 12:46: Yeah, P-90 wanted to know if we had any place for him to stay up here. With the CDN$ dumping, I said he'd make out like a bandit.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:03pm joe:

I'm pretty sure Daylights Savings is an American thing currently.
Avatar 1:04pm Brian in UK:

We changed our clocks one week before youse lot.
Limited Perching space is available in the coop.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:04pm melinda:

hi Bill & friends!
Avatar 1:05pm ndbob:

Hi Melinda!
Avatar 1:05pm KP:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:05pm melinda:

hi Bob!
Avatar 1:05pm Sem Chumbo:

Canada likewise, BiUK, except for a few hold-outs in the west, where farmers and ranchers do not hold with monkeying w/ time. Period.
  1:05pm The Missus:

So standard time & it's overall decline in ambition is to blame for the Drumpf fiasco
Avatar 1:08pm Brian in UK:

One thing that has come out of this election is the spread of positive marijuana legislation.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:10pm Parq:

Brian, which -- believe me -- couldn't come at a better time.
Avatar 1:12pm Sem Chumbo:

This part of Nova Scotia has a long smuggling background. Maine is maybe 30 sea miles from the wild wild southwest of NS, so...opportunity knocks, and Maine says: Dave's not here, man.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:12pm joe:

There is a town in Tennessee that refuses to acknowledge day light savings so due to the fact that the state is split in time zones depending on the time of year it will fall in a different time zone.
Avatar 1:15pm Brian in UK:

That Newfoundland Green is dynamite, hey man where's earth.
Avatar 1:18pm ndbob:

Indiana used to be really crazy with time zones - part central time part eastern = part standard part daylight
Avatar 1:19pm Bill Mac:

I heard that a couple nights ago. I know Arizona is goofy too.
Avatar 1:19pm Sem Chumbo:

Newfoundland is in one of those 1/2 hour time zones. It is 2:19 herenow an 2:49 in NL. Its all the bud that mnakes it so.
Avatar 1:20pm Brian in UK:

This is one South African man if I remember. Saw them a few years ago.
Avatar 1:20pm Brian in UK:

Sem bit like Sri Lanka
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:22pm mauri:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:25pm melinda:

Raven is beautiful. Nice soothing music while I try to find a cheaper health insurance plan on the Healthcare Marketplace.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:26pm melinda:

Maine legalized weed!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:27pm mauri:

still snow coming down. It's great!
Brian I'll never ride a motorcycle.
Avatar 1:29pm Sem Chumbo:

@melinda: I am here to tell you having the munchies and attempting to eat lobster is hilarious. Worth a visit up Bahhh Hhaabaah way.
Avatar 1:29pm Brian in UK:

Sorry Bill confused with Jade Warrior.
Avatar 1:30pm northguineahills:

I mix covers of the same songs together all the time, that, and the same basslines of different songs together. (See Stereolab's "Transona 5" and Canned Heat's "On the Road Again"0.
Avatar 1:30pm Sem Chumbo:

The Reagan Days? Oh, it'll never be that good.
Avatar 1:31pm Brian in UK:

What does Gipper mean? Not sure that I want to know?
Avatar 1:33pm Brian in UK:

Hey ngh how are you doing?
Avatar 1:35pm Sem Chumbo:

George Gipp was a on a Knute Rockne football team, and died. In a tough game, Rockne fires up the team with an inspirational talk, hence win one for the Gipper. In the bio-pic, Reagan played the Gipp.
Avatar 1:35pm KP:

This is good!
Avatar 1:36pm northguineahills:

Hey Brian, I have a video interview w/ a great firm in NYC in 90 minutes. Hopefully it will help me get out trumpville. The county I'm currently in voted 71% for Trump.
Avatar 1:36pm northguineahills:

Avatar 1:38pm Sem Chumbo:

Haha. Brian.
Except when he was asleep.
Avatar 1:38pm northguineahills:

Avatar 1:38pm ndbob:

Avatar 1:42pm Sem Chumbo:

@BiUK: seriously looking at a Madeira/Azores 2 week jaunt in January. Have you ever been?
Avatar 1:44pm Bill Mac:

@Jake Thanks! Band sure was locked and loaded that day. Did you catch where I flubbed the line and just jib-jabbed something and kept going? I was pleasantly surprised by that moment.
Avatar 1:44pm Sem Chumbo:

Very Quebecois-style, circa 40s. Especially the accordion and the spoken word. Half the family is francophone.
Avatar 1:45pm KP:

Bill, KP might be making a return with themed event early next year. International with live video. beyond planning right now. That's my plug!
  1:46pm JakeGould:

Bill, I've learned how to creatively
Mumble lyrics so I appreciate that skill!
Avatar 1:47pm Brian in UK:

Sem Our daughter went to the Azores last year with partner. Loved it. Did some diving, lots of wrecks due to the volcanic shape. The islands are rather a long way apart. It looks quite wonderful. They came home via Lisbon and brought me a great Fado CD from the museum.
Madeira is worth visiting for the Sercial.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:47pm mauri:

Sem Ive been to Madeira and spent most of the time in Funchal. One day driving around. It's all uphill n downhill. Not my kind of place. I don't know about Azores but it might be a better choice.
Avatar 1:48pm Bill Mac:

@Jake Not skill, luck!
Avatar 1:50pm Brian in UK:

The Azores are certainly opening up more these days. It is under Portuguese control so most flights leave from there but not all.
Avatar 1:51pm Sem Chumbo:

Thanks, @BiUK, @mauri.
Looking at air, hotels, taxes all in and some breakfasts $1K CDN.
I spent 3 weeks circling Portugal. Lovely people, killer food, especially if you are into tripe and clams:-D
Avatar 1:53pm ndbob:
