Good morning, Garbaggios! @Cecile, Des Moines is actually really nice these days, and on the rise. It's about three hours away for me, as well, and my wife and I attended a brewfest downtown earlier this year. There are a lot of local startups doing good business, and plenty of construction for new living spaces and commerce.
