Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:03am Gaylord Fields:

Great first song, considering current events. And not that they have much of a chance of coming to the NY/NJ area, but I NEED to have the Flat Five on my program!

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:05am melinda:

good morning!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:08am melinda:

This is such a great song, and a nice cover.
  11:14am paul:

Safe and dry in Gainesville, FL.
  11:16am clarke:

paul - when is the heavy stuff supposed to hit?
Avatar #1 Hit Supporter Marathon 2021 Swag For Life Member 11:18am Listener Baby:

Baby.. Ask Greg his opinion of the best thing that ever happened to mastering, and the worst thing that ever happened to mastering?
  11:20am clarke:

any idea what Chewy Macs are??
  11:32am clarke:

"i'm gonna come in my car"?????
  11:38am paul:

Clarke, it hit Thursday and yesterday, mostly along the east coast of FL.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:38am Artie Haywire:

So this /isn't/ a's original. =)
  11:40am tough guy:

Bobbettes = #1 Hitmakers
  11:40am clarke:

i was hoping they would be able to get in the fla/lsu game!!
  11:40am clarke:

i guess little damage to g'ville - which is good~
  11:41am paul:

They postponed the game on Thursday. It may be played at a later date, and it may not.
  11:41am clarke:

yeah - if either team beats bama - they will probably play the game
ha ha
  11:42am clarke:

so the game probably won't happen!
  11:45am paul:

It's quite possible it will be cancelled altogether.
  11:47am clarke:

glad to hear gainesville was spared... they still have The Fallout Shelter downtown??
  11:48am paul:

Hey Ho!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:05pm MD:

Hey Greg! I am a graduate of Media Sound....I think I Cut the tones for I love you Suzzane....Yes I have a few Lou stories!!!
  12:09pm Marc15:

The Beatles were a brotherhood until Yoko Ono came along
  12:11pm Mike Sin:

Man, I think I live for interviews like this... it might be generational, but the whole trend of "brick wall" mastering ruined a lot of music for me. I still mainly listen on a high-wattage stereo with hi-def speakers -- music mastered that way digitally sounds so thin and harsh through that set up.
Avatar #1 Hit Supporter Marathon 2021 Swag For Life Member 12:16pm Listener Baby:

Baby.. Finish John Lennon story from last time?
  12:17pm Dennis Diken:

greetings Greg! had the pleasure of working with the man many times, nice to hear him on the air
  12:18pm clarke:

  12:26pm Dean:

The missing bottom may very well be a function of the cartridge and turntable setup. Set up right, a turntable can deliver deep bottom end.
  12:30pm Jim:

C'mon - Just turn the original up louder, and then louder than that - more visceral - more dynamics.
  12:35pm tough guy:

highest dynamic range
  12:51pm clarke:

wow, this is a MOST FASCINATING discussion!!
also, i am listening to this on some cambridge soundworks computer speakers and i have to say: they are VERY good for the $.
  12:52pm Chris:

  12:59pm clarke:

YES again!!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:00pm coelacanth:

Thanks Michael & Thanks Greg. Great interview.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:00pm TR In MI:

Amazing interview! Will be listening to the earlier interview too.
