Top of the morning Baby, and to all the Baby-ettes as well.
There is no better to start the day, so let's get it all started.
  11:03am Eddy in Australia:

Avatar 11:36am Sonny Rickles:

Thanks for Hank! One of my all time favorite songs!
  11:43am Brian in New Orleans:

Also the Fens is right behind The Museum of FIne Arts and the Isabella Stewart gardner Museum. THe Victory Gardens are fun as well as the Rose Garden. Great place to people watch and hang out in the grass. And of course hit up Legal Seafood for some real Chowdah! Not that fake Manhatten red shit...just sayin....
  11:47am djsheilab:

Haha! I was just gonna write in and say that was my kinda record. But you beat me to it!! Thank you for playing back to back hits! Really lifting my spirits.
Avatar 11:47am Michael Shelley:

  11:50am Brian in New Orleans:

You are welcome! my last advice is to take any youngins to the the Boston Museum of Science . It is in the same general area.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:55am Parq:

Also the Boston Aquarium for the kiddo, and Union Oyster House for the seafood. Spend some time just walking around Beacon Hill digging on the architecture and the vibes. A walk up Commonwealth Avenue from Kenmore Square to the park is also a great bit of sightseeing. Harvard Square has changed a lot since I lived in the Bean in the 70s, but it's still a destination.
Avatar 11:55am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Boston Aquarium is like visiting 100 different kinds of aliens in one place.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:58am Listener Baby:

Baby. Checkout Logan Airport. I've been there 9 times, and no other place in Boston. It's a winner!
Avatar 12:00pm Superb Owl:

The fund does increment immediately, I tested it just now.

In math terms, Scott's importance to this show is inversely proportional to the duration of his appearance.
Avatar 12:01pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...but...don't drive in Boston. Unlike NYC - it was laid out as a little colonial era town & became a major metro - & it didn't quite work...
  12:02pm Brian in New Orleans:

I saw "GangGreen" in Kenmore Square back in the day. Del Fuegos, The Lyres, Mission of Burma.....Got chased out of that pizza place next to the rat by some dude wit a gun yellin "45"..."45"...thse were the days....and "X" night at Axis...was going to Mass Art when they stole those master paintings from the isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. I remember seeing the yellow police tape on the side door they used
Avatar 12:03pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Ted Hawkins !
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:04pm Brian in New Orleans:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:05pm Mister Dobalina:

I'm dancing this hangover away!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:06pm Mister Dobalina:

Good show by the way.
Avatar 12:06pm Michael Shelley:

If I had one - Id use a time machine to see the Lyres in Boston
THANKS all who pledged to Scott! VERY much appreciated & will come in handy I'm sure.
And thanks for the Beantown info!
  12:12pm KP:

I got to see Ted Hawkins at the Bottom Line. McGuinn, Pete Seeger and Joe South were also on the bill but everyone was marveling at the unknown guy. It might have been his last show.
Avatar 12:13pm Michael Shelley:

I was there as well!!

Yes, that's what I was thinking.
