When we were kids, mom looked out the window on an April 1 and exclaimed "There's a mule out in the yard!" and we all ran to look. She said her parents pulled that one on her. Then in like 1988, the WPDH radio traffic report said that traffic was backed up on Highway 9 because a mule was wandering on tthe road.
