What I like about Fool's Paradise: No one is going to be tempted to make ukelele and recorder arrangements of these tunes.
  1:31pm ZZZZzzz:

This Rockin' Davey Allen and Thunderbirds tune is really flat. Hope you found it in the 29 cent bin!
Avatar 1:33pm Marc Francis:

I was away for the last few weeks. Three things I missed: My wife, my dog, and Rex.

she was Aunt Zelda? Excellent! I once got a personal thank you from Rip Taylor at his one man show at El Portal in Los Angeles, because I whooo-hooed when he mentioned doing SIGMUND!
Avatar 1:42pm dk:

man, it never occurred to me there was a correct term for shows like Trapper John MD and Punky Brewster, but "untreated sewage" is TOTALLY it.

Met THE SPINNERS in Nov.26th 1980 at the WABC-AM studio. They were there to do a radio promo, all they was ask to do was sing "77 W.A.B.CEEEE. They were in the studio for over an hour and they still did not get it right.

Important Update for Fool's Paradise TV Fans: Current "It's About Time" episodes reverse the premise. Cave idiots now in modern times, instead of space idiots being in prehistoric times.
Avatar 🌮 Swag For Life Member 2:42pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Howdy, Fools!
Avatar 🌮 Swag For Life Member 2:44pm Gaylord Fields:

Thanks for interrupting regularly scheduled programming to broadcast that important news bulletin from this field correspondent.
Avatar 2:44pm David Shortell:

@GF
Yeah, the premise was changed mid-season out of desperation! Didn't help, of course.
  2:44pm Hackensack Slim:

@Gaylord Did the transition involve a Caveman in a Spaceship?

@David Shortell: And yet we're all the better for it — two stupid premises!

@Hackensack Slim: Did it ever! It exemplified (and, therefore, killed) that trope.
