Avatar 1:09pm Marc Francis:

True. You can be sub-hero!
Avatar 1:10pm Melissa Jean:

I'll take it! hahaha
Avatar 1:12pm Juke Joint Jonny:

An intriguing variation on Church Key. It's not SUPER lazy just to add the word twist and claim it's a new tune, right?
  1:17pm P-90:

@Juke Joint Jonny: It's a sacred tradition to add "Twist" to the end of a song and thereby make it a new song!
Avatar 1:20pm Juke Joint Jonny:

The Trashmen would change the tempo at least.
  1:21pm P-90:

I forgot that Alan Sues had passed. We've been losing a lot of The Greats at an alarming rate the last few years.
Avatar 1:26pm Marc Francis:

WE SURE ARE
Avatar 1:28pm BEAVO:

I had some fine Craw dad holin' this moanin'
Avatar 1:31pm Marc Francis:

Damn. This is a tear-jerker...

Speaking of the (un)dead, instead of the usual TV-with-the-sound-off accompaniment of My Mother the Car/It's About Time, this week I'm listening to FP with the Dark Shadows binge on Decades on the boob tube. Barnabas just made his series debut by choking a fool who just pried open his coffin, seemingly without permission.
  1:34pm ?:

Alan Sues looks like The Cool Ghoul (the Cincinnati one)
Avatar 1:34pm Juke Joint Jonny:

Nettles followed by Pine Kones. FP is getting oddly botanical this morning.

YO
Avatar 1:38pm Mailman Tom:

Alan Sues looks like the twin brother of Looney Skip Rooney of the Uncle Floyd Show.
  1:43pm pottybear:

My family saw him at a restaurant in LA's Chinatown circa 1970, with a beautiful girl! - Sweet Corn

Bad show.

Amen, Rudy Ray!!

happy saturday!
Avatar 1:48pm Mailman Tom:

"Boss Chick". Perhaps the greatest rock and roll song ever recorded!
  1:50pm Mark Dillman:

Alan Sues was really obnoxious on TV but he did a fine role on this episode of "The Twilight Zone". It was essentially a one act play consisting almost entirely of dialogue. The present day audience would be bored to distraction. But I thought is was a fine display of acting by the whole cast, even Alan Sues. Episode: "The Masks".

These are all 45 RPM singles, are they not? They're going steadily along, whatever format they are.

I believe it's a track from Jimmie Haskell & His Orchestra's album COUNTDOWN! (or COUNT DOWN!)

The Attic in Millvale PA! I discovered it last month! When I walked in I thought to myself "I wonder if Rex frequents this place". One of the greatest retail establishments of any kind, anywhere

Terrestrial and subterranean creatures only on Halloween, Rex? You'll be hearing from the NAAEP (National Association for the Advancement of Extraterrestrial Plagues)!
