Welcome, Brendan, Guido, RR1163!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:28am doctorjazz:

This track, Mehoopany, sounds exactly opposite of what the band's name would lead you to expect (if I recall, other tracks by them do fit the bill).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:30am doctorjazz:

Ahh, here it comes...
  9:34am Brendan:

Nice weather forecast Joe. ' it might be cloudy where you are' sounds better than our weatherman.

Hey Joe. Hmmm that's nice.

Holy crap, I almost forgot that this show is on Mondays now!
I'm so late. :-(
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:43am Artie Haywire:

Good morning, Noisy.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:44am Parq:

The history of naming Mauch Chunk for Jim Thorpe is kind of controversial -- all American, in a sad way. And yes, to be a proper Jazz DJ you have to announce the entire musician line-up of every track you play, adding "and leader" to whomever has his name on the album. I tried that once in college with rock bands; the effect was enjoyably silly.
Avatar 9:44am Joe McG:

Hey, Brian! Hey, Claw! Hey Artie and Parq!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:46am redkayak:

hi Linda!
I developed neck pain a few years ago. It's better now, but I had to go to physical therapy, and once in a while I gotta take a muscle relaxant.

  10:41am Brendan:

Got a bottle of muscle relaxants going to waste. Been laid up for a month but not taking them anymore. They're great day the first couple of days , but produce bizarre dreams after that. There was no relaxin there.
Avatar 10:42am Joe McG:

@Greg: I think so! I locked when I should have popped.
Avatar 10:42am Mayuko:

@Cecile oh thank you! I never tried that, I'll look for it. @Ken, I generally have to be looking up whenever I talk to people here. Living in the United States hurts my neck. I did see the moon tho!
  10:42am BrianFromMA:

Ooh, never heard this Dan McC solo album before. Sounds a lot different than Nazareth! thx Joe
  10:43am Linda Lee:

no luck at all with muscle relaxants. too loopy. i'll take a nice opiate thank you.
Avatar 10:43am Brian in UK:

The Bay City Rollers are reforming. Into what I know not.

This guy was a lead singer in a Scottish group whose name eludes me.
Avatar 10:43am Cecile:

I never, ever take them unless I'm in excruciating pain. Otherwise, what Brendan said. And you can get addicted if you take them when you're not hurting.
  10:43am Will:

Nazareth singer?
  10:43am Linda Lee:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:48am Greg from ZONE 5:
