Street interviews, listener call-ins, vinyl gluttery, sporadic normalcy, original floperas and fiktion, blatant talking over songs, politix, tenderness, and a vague undercurrent of angst. Right up your alley!

  6:05pm P-90:

Good evening Clay and Pigeonnaires!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:06pm Greg from Bloomfield:

PIDGE! Pigeonnaires!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:07pm Mutant:

Interview with comic book man
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:08pm steve:

did i just hear Liz Berg's talkover music?
  6:09pm P-90:

Wow! Clay found the old radio serial. Good post production here, Clay!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:09pm steve:

what is that anyway
  6:11pm P-90:

Comic guy sounds a little like Jonah Hill
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:11pm Mike East:

@P-90 I thought it was!
  6:12pm P-90:

...just who you'd cast in the part
  6:13pm P-90:

"Speak of Jar Jar Binks, my Son. What went weong...?"
Avatar 6:13pm dale:

hope you have an umbrella clay - rain looks to be coming quick to the tristate region according to radar
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:14pm Greg from Bloomfield:

I had that Jedi record when I was a kid!
Avatar 6:16pm Clay Pigeon:

Hey guys. Thanks 4 being heer. Just back from the Midwest.
  6:17pm P-90:

Welcome home, Sir.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:19pm Carmichael:

Boy, are your arms tired .. <rimshot> Hiya Clay and listeners.
  6:34pm P-90:

OMG the Jonah Hill connection made textually explicit...!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:35pm Greg from Bloomfield:

AND a shout to Don Knotts. Textbook Pidge.
  6:36pm JakeGould:

G.G. Allin is just a freak show. Sid Vicious was a sad fanboy. Iggy Pop was a great artist; he knew who he was and what others wanted and didn’t just alienate people or worship idols.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:36pm common:

clay! sorry i missed some finishin movin
  6:38pm JakeGould:

Gwen Stefani is cool. Cooler than Green Day if you ask me.
  6:43pm P-90:

"Jonah" became the star of the show-- didn't see that coming, but he legit earned it
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:43pm steve:

i recently read the John Lydon book and then The London's Dreaming Tapes - the Sex Pistols wall of guitar sound is apparently because they recorded on a 24 track and like 20 of the tracks on each was guitar overdubs!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:45pm common:

styx! saw that cover you posted clay!
Avatar 6:46pm dale:

jeebus, i love this opening. bloviated but i think it delivers on the promise.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:49pm steve:

awesome synth solo!
Avatar 6:50pm dale:

wanna hear fabio play that next week.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:50pm Ike:

I once had a roommate whose elderly, cranky, incontinent cat was named Styx. I think I'd rather hang out with the cat than listen to that band though.
  6:51pm V Priceless:

Hey Clay!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:51pm melinda:

Bud Cort was Harold in Harold and Maude
  6:52pm JakeGould:

@Ike: Don’t be a snit. But yeah… No Styx for me either.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:52pm Ike:

J/k :P ...how it's hanging, Clay? Good to hear you.
  6:52pm Dean:

Not always ELO's biggest fan? But sometimes you are?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:53pm Pete from Boston (and NJ):

I love "Video." Electric Dreams was the story of the Nest and similar products, 25 years early (or rather, those items showed up 25 years after promised).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:53pm Carmichael:

Is this ELO2, or regular ELO. I lost touch with them after New World Record.
  6:53pm JakeGould:

“Electric Dreams” was great. www.youtube.com...
  6:54pm spodiodi:

Those products existed then.
  6:54pm RCinMT:

Bud Cort: bond company stooge in life aquatic with Zissou.
  6:55pm Dean:

I just wish a genuine metal band, maybe Meshuggah, would cover "Poker."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:55pm common:

me too carmichael. love out of the blue. especially "the whale"
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:56pm Pete from Boston (and NJ):

But in 1983, those products didn't LEARN. Unless you spilled champagne on the keyboard, of course.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:58pm Carmichael:

He he Pete, my wife poured a Sprite into my 4 channel audio mixer many years ago. I still use it, but the "smooth" slider control isn't so smooth anymore.
  6:59pm JakeGould:

@Carmichael: Tell your wife to slide the slider more often then. *rimshot*
