They were amplifying voices and acoustic instruments so excessively much that they were coming out completely overmodulated and distorted from the sound system. Asshole.

	5:40pm Robert: I remember listening to a little recorded Glass & thinking, this is canned headache, and then I had a great laugh when they used it for a TV ad for Excedrin or some such, because that showed I wasn't the only person who thought so. But eventually I heard some Glass I liked.
