Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:17pm Charlie:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:18pm Charlie:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:21pm Webhamster Henry:

Happy Xmas my invisible friends!
Avatar 12:23pm schmutz:

i dreamt of brussels sprouts last night! in the dream, I discovered they were alive – and moving. a sad realization that I could never eat another dream sprout.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:23pm Charlie:

I see you, Henry (just barely)
  12:24pm Doug Schulkind:

Bettie Seevert once headlined a WFMU benefit. It was at the Knitting Factory. The very first night it opened at its downtown location. KF owner Michael Dorf was a complete prick and wouldn't give WFMU the cash for many weeks after the show. Turned out he was pretty broke. Had borrowed something like $20,000 from John Zorn and wasn't paying him back either. After months of haranguing him on a daily basis, I finally got the benefit money from Dorf. Whatta jerk he was.
Avatar 12:30pm northguineahills:

I've heard similar stories, Doug.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:31pm Charlie:

What a story, Doug. Glad you got the money.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:31pm Charlie:

Schmutz, I will be cooking dream sprouts later.
  12:36pm WebHamster Henry:

This is my kind of holiday music!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:40pm Charlie:

Me too, Henry. But what holiday does this music correspond to?
  12:41pm Doug Schulkind:

We're having Brussels sprouts, too. Sautéed in ginger and garlic. That FMU benefit was in November '94. Right after the station paid Upsala College $150,000 to purchase license. The benefit was to help raise $$$ to defray costs.
Avatar 12:42pm northguineahills:

Just had some nice salmon toast, now I'm about to make poblano pepper/potato/leek/jalapeno etc soup.

  12:44pm Ike:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:02pm Ike:

I was commenting from my new old iZombieBanana 4.0 that I got for Consumermas, but enough of that. Back to a real old-fashioned click-and-mortar keyboard and mouse w/real typing and logging in.

Hot dang, Eugenia Loli's site is really something, Charlie.
