Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:17pm Wendy del Formaggio:

It's a bummer about Ian McLagan, but if there's an afterlife, he's likely smiling at all the FMU DJ's doing great tributes to him. Evan Funk Davies's last night was lovely. So good to hear such a good corner of rock-n-roll's output.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:17pm Matt F:

Git It!

Yeah, I've been thinking about this NWA song quite a bit lately. Good our "free speech" nation at least "allows" this to air over the Internet.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:39pm Lizardner Dave:

Suddenly I want a Coors Light.
  2:39pm some guy:

I was just talking to a very good friend of mine (an immigrant from Honduras) about such shit (NY & Ferguson) this morning; He works 6 12 hour days a week at a Chinese Food Joint for peanuts....; He loves alot of spanish guitar players and the like; He came to visit me Tues. & I educated him slightly by playing Sam Cooke's "Change Is Gonna Come" at a good volume. He cried and said it was the most beautiful music he ever heead (In his own words); Just figured I might be able to share that with you.

I still am in awe from that live version of "Uptight" from Stevie & The Stones ... wow. Too bad Satisfaction wasn't sung by Stevie throughout.
Avatar 3:40pm Sean B.:

And Hello Uncle Michael I hope you never mis-understood my complete off the wall sense of humor. Love your show...also.

Devil's right hand, indeed. That's why I shoot left.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:41pm Uncle Michael:

Re: Marianne Faithfull. This version is okay -- the worn pressing doesn't help -- but the Ronettes original rules. Ronnie still does the song in her live show sometimes.
Avatar 3:55pm kat330:

Super show, Ted, per usual.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:58pm Stanley:

How come?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:03pm Matt F:
