Avatar    Sun. 10/12/14 3:43am Sem Chumbo:

Hiya, Jonathan, nice to arrive to harp music. FYI, the title of this album is also a John Cheever short story of some great quality, I think.
Avatar Sun. 10/12/14 3:44am Jherweg:

Thanks for the Pledge Simon!!!
Avatar Sun. 10/12/14 3:50am Simon P:

Randy Grief quite a concept
Avatar Sun. 10/12/14 3:57am Jherweg:

Pumice is quite a concept in itself.
Avatar Sun. 10/12/14 3:57am Simon P:

sounds like a lament for Scottish Independence
Avatar Sun. 10/12/14 3:59am Jherweg:

Ha ha ,,,it does sort of , most of the scots I talked to were against independence which i found surprising.
  Sun. 10/12/14 4:07am paradigm shift:

love lee gamble
Avatar    Sun. 10/12/14 4:08am Sem Chumbo:

You hit it out of the park, JH. An impassioned defense of free form. Good for you, and all of us.
Avatar Sun. 10/12/14 4:23am Jherweg:

Thanks To Claire in Australia for her generous pledge!
  Sun. 10/12/14 4:36am P-90:

Yeah, Jherweg, that last argument was better than the "make sure there's something interesting to listen to while the world ends" argument. Just sayin.
AND I realize I've heard/read all about "Portrait of Jennie", but never actually seen it. So, I just put it in my Netflix queue. Thanks.
  Sun. 10/12/14 4:40am P-90:

I believe Jennifer Jones actually sang the song.
  Sun. 10/12/14 5:19am Kafuka:

This is for 230 euro on discogs
Avatar Sun. 10/12/14 5:20am Jherweg:

zANd that's why I'm playing the digital version.
Avatar    Sun. 10/12/14 5:31am Sem Chumbo:

The Glenn Jones was new to me, and so just watched the video. Just lovely. Thanks, Jonathan.
  Sun. 10/12/14 5:34am Barrie:

White Magic is still around! But the singer, Mira, lives in LA now, which is prob why you don't see them around. I was hanging out with her for a bit when she was touring in Sweden. Not so nutty, but certainly a free spirit!
Avatar Sun. 10/12/14 5:36am Jherweg:

Good to know Barrie.....
  Sun. 10/12/14 5:40am P-90:

Just curious: What year was this album that now goes for 230 Euros on Discogs?
  Sun. 10/12/14 5:45am P-90:

OK, Wiki says 2007. Not so old! I see Mira is the sister of Christina from Slant 6. Interesting.
Avatar Sun. 10/12/14 5:46am Simon P:

thanks, Jon, the life raft is still afloat
  Sun. 10/12/14 5:51am Kafuka:

Quixotic too was part of slant 6, i think, and it was a great album!
  Sun. 10/12/14 5:52am Kafuka:

Mortal mirror the name of the album
Avatar Sun. 10/12/14 5:53am e12:

This is great, thanks!
  Sun. 10/12/14 5:56am P-90:
