Phillip In Brookkyn:

Welcome back:) missed you last week
Phillip In Brookkyn:

I'm watching tis really awful film on the encore suspense channel
Avatar 12:14am

How's it synching up with this Gas Mask Horse, Phillip?
Phillip In Brookkyn:

3/4 of the movie is over and still no action!
Phillip In Brookkyn:

The song is doing better than this movie

Are you watching the 2010 remake of “I Spit on Your Grave?”
Avatar 12:18am

Aww missed the Severed Heads
Phillip In Brooklyn:

Yes I am
Phillip In Brooklyn:

Who made this film "I spit on your grave"

My family invented an innovative type of gas mask for horses a hundred years ago.
Phillip In Brooklyn:

I have to see the original of I spit on your grave
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:30am

welcome back Thomas! Enjoying the show and the Blah Blah Blah

“My family invented an innovative type of gas mask for horses a hundred years ago.” Horses in war should have been very appreciative of that.
Phillip In Brooklyn:

Next on encore suspense "open grave"

Someone did a library search for “grave” it seems.
Phillip In Brooklyn:

Well at least TCM had "3 days if the condor"

The humans who they carried should be equally appreciative!

Tom in Space:

Hi! I remember seeing pics of horses with gas masks. It seems funny, but it makes sense for back when us humans used horses in war
Phillip In Brooklyn:

Come to think if it I remember a nuclear war documentary where a horse was wearing a gas mask
Avatar 12:44am

Love severed heads
Tom in Space:

I love them too, but not the real ones
Avatar 12:48am

Hi everybody - Hi Jason!

Good Morning Thomas, nice show this morning.

This “Animals in War” memorial genuinely moves me. Especially the inscription “They had no choice.” en.wikipedia.org...

Chris M.:

what up send no flowers that's my jam brah

To think, the horses got the gas masks but all our relatives got was some duck and cover dance routine!!
Avatar 12:55am

thanks, P-90.

Chris M i know it!
Phillip In Brooklyn:

Ok there is a "mute" woman in the movie "open grave"

Look at this British Veterinary officer from World War I. Cool group of pets. www.1914.org...

Whoa, this is so cool!! Can't wait to listen, JG!!
Phillip In Brooklyn:

One more zombie film and I'm going to snap and go insane!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:03am

If only TVs could carry more than one channel. Someday, we'll have the technology.

Phillip, I think the next “Expendables” film should be a zombie movie as well. Just resurrect fallen/dead action film stars—ones who are truly dead—via CGI and have the “Expendables” fight those CGI zombie guys in the ultimate milking of a concept & legacy.
Colin the Cat:

This Youngs & Smith cut is a baller jam. Good to have you back, Tommy.

Great stuff!

almost constantly i brag about being friends with Thomas Storck but nobody ever believes me. it's hard to make something so far-fetched into street cred.
Avatar 1:06am

"I know you, Asshole!"
Avatar 1:08am

You Patrick F. and Colin Cat. That RY and SWS record is really interesting
Phillip In Brooklyn:

I don't mind the resident evil films but please no more George Romero land if the dead films!
Avatar 1:08am

Chris M. did you get my Gene Hackman reference?
Phillip In Brooklyn:

@thomas is Gene Hackman still alive!
You know these celebrity deaths run in 3's
Avatar 1:12am

woah Phillip In Brooklyn you save that talk for someone else's board

Someone please check on Jack Nicholson. How about Alan Young? He's almost 100

Sorry:( I'm still on shock from Robin Williams!
Tom in Space:

Oh nooooo, not ready to make jokes yet about Robin Williams, anyways, yeah this is for music, really

Tom in Space:

I am too, in shock that is

I keep expecting to hear another celeb to bite the big one. I'm on edge

Capt. Foam is nice and foamy
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:20am

Diggin the Captain waxidermy.com...

I hope someone's keeping a VERY close eye on Betty White
Tom i(I swear really):

Hm, yeah I dont really like anyone as much as RW. So many years of crap television and movies, at least he was in some. more--finding out out what an amazing person he was.

Yeah I dig this sick shit.

Betty White? No. Who cares? Nobody made me laff like Robin, no, must have humor, must have humor!!!

I kind of agree with Betty White. I wouldn’t be affected the same way. Betty White is just old. Robin Williams was just a talent despite things like “Bicentennial Man.”
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:26am
I.K.E. (Ice King Enterprises):

This "in threes" stuff is goof-donkers. Probably three *hundred* bit-part actors and extras and Bollywood and Nigerian actors died this week but you didn't hear about them. What's the rule to "in threes" -- do they have to make the NYT obits or what? Oh wait, there is no rule. The silly human mind is just looking for patterns that aren't there. Pfft.

The third already happened as far as I am concerned: Arlene Martel who played the lady Spock fought Kirk for in “Amok Time.” www.cnn.com...
Tom (I swear, really):

I agree, his talent "caught" early. I saw that first episode of his in Happy days --this is the *only* real laughter in my life ever as a child.

@IKE--I agree, but it seems that we do do that as humans...oh and Audrey Hepburn? She was no small potatoes..

Tom, the thing with Robin Williams is he did take tons of crap roles later on. But his dramatic roles near the end are amazing.

On another topic, I am fascinated with the human desire towards threes. “The Holy Trinity” for example. “The Three Wise Men” as well. A family is often described as three: Two adults and a kid. Trilogies in films. Three balls symbolizing a pawn shop. “Three Men and a Baby,” Whoa! That’s crazy! Three men and a BABY!?!?!?!?!?

Hello Thomas and everyone!
Tom (I swear, really):

@JakeGould, That's what the producers thought when they were pitched the movie, apparently! ANyways that makes 4!!! Don't know re: three, lets' see, maybe because mother, father, child Or three legs of a stool? Why 3's are so important to the humans?
Avatar 2:07am

hey blue
Tom (I swear, really):

Hello fellow listener! are you blue? I was going to name myself "bleu" today for some reason but changed it at the last minute. There's the three kinds of treasure in Buddhism, treasures of the body, treasures of the storehouse and treasures of the heart. There's also the three obstacles and four devils, but thats 7 so that doesnt quite fit the theory
Patrick F.:

oh wow!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:33am

Give the NorCal some of that rain. Great show, Thomas Storck.
Avatar 2:38am

thanks, osvi! you didn't get hit with all that rain down south a couple days ago?
Tom (I swear, really):

There is the great 3 of nutrition: protein, greens and grains.
Its a good show, Mr Storck! Rarely 5th Column
