If I had a time machine, this concert (the It's Alive! show) would be one of my first stops...right after killing Hitler.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:10pm
Matt F:

That show is on youtube in its entirety. Fuckin' electrifying.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:10pm
listener james from westwood:

If you kill Hitler first, does the song "Blitzkrieg Bop" fade from the space-time continuum?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:10pm
Uncle Michael:

It's a long story...but since Nate killed Hitler, the concert never happened.
Avatar 2:11pm
glenn:

a person should really get three time machine wishes.
Avatar 2:12pm

If I had a time machine, I'd go back a couple hours and choose NOT to get my haircut today from the guy who drives me mad -- MAD! -- with his relentless, cut-interrupting, slowww nonsense stories and perspectives. Then I'd go back further and slip something into Stalin's soup.
  2:17pm

@Matt I thought that Johnny was the one obsessed with the Nazi bullshit?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:17pm

Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:28pm

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:04pm

Doug Schulkind:

Hey barkeep, another round of vodka stingers! Good afternoon, Ladies!
  3:04pm
Jack:

Fabulous version of this song, rocks the pants off the Velvet's (and I love the Velvet's). As of the Velvets had some blues roots...
  3:05pm
Zev:

Hey! It's the Raceway Park in Englishtown NJ radio ad music. (I was searching for that tune for years, until one day John Neilson named it based purely by my description in the music forum on echonyc)

Avatar 3:13pm

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:15pm
Matt F:

I was in the Underthings (Mach 2). That's how I found out about the Mitch/Detroit album, from Brett the Mach 1 bassist who I replaced in that band. I also ended up taking over his apartment when he moved out of NYC. Never dated any of his ex-wives though, just to save you from having to ask...
