Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:15am Stanley:

@Bill - thanks for the TMB info. You my remember when they were up here I couldn't make the gig and gave my ticket to a friend. Who not only digged the gig immensely but had a drink with John French afterwards! Lucky fella.

  5:00am Emile:

If it's madness in the morning, it must Bill. Great stuff this.
Avatar 5:01am Bill Mac:

  5:06am Emile:

Avatar 5:07am Brian in UK:

What about the Idle Race?
  5:10am Emile:

Didn't Jason even write a song called Why I Love ELO? I believe so.
Avatar 5:10am Brian in UK:

I own a train set and a garage full of cars and a soldier with a gun,
My mother says I should have more responsibility as I'm nearly thirty one.
Avatar 5:13am Jay/London:

@ Brian it's good to keep the child within .. keeps us young !
Avatar 5:14am Bill Mac:

I give up on both of your comments, you know more bout the DJs here than I do!
Avatar 5:15am Bill Mac:

...not to mention what appears to be an obscure lyric.
Avatar 5:19am Brian in UK:

'I Love My Toys'

The odd thing is Bill, how you just need a wiff of some song to recall it even if you have not heard it in years. It is buried there deep deep down.
  5:19am chrissy in london:

Bye all we are off to the movies. Soon
Avatar 5:21am Bill Mac:

Bye Chrissy! Bye Oscar!
Avatar 5:22am Brian in UK:

Hey Bill is this the new Cults? I loves them.
Avatar 5:23am Bill Mac:

Happens all the time to me Brian. Back in the 90s we had a radio in our office at work that played classic rock all day long. I hadn't heard much of that kind of stuff for years so it came pouring out of the box with all these old memories attached to them. I started writing at about this time.
Avatar 5:23am Bill Mac:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:26am Stanley:

@Brian - you're so right.
Especially stuff we heard when we were 'succeptable' teenagers.
Fridays I work in another office and my colleague and me had a classic album 'throwdown' yesterday. Mine were 'Electric Warrior' and 'Every Picture Tells a Story', And yup, them lyrics were still in there.
Avatar 5:27am Brian in UK:

Better put Cults this on the C..... list.
Avatar 5:28am Bill Mac:

Both Classics.... who won Stanley?
Swag For Life Member 5:31am mauri:

Heeeyyy Bill!How's tricks?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:32am Stanley:

I think my choice well beat 'Who's Next' and 'Pet Sounds'. (For Gord's sake - Pet Sounds?)
Avatar 5:32am Bill Mac:

Mauri tings a re brilliant.... just waiting for this Eugene Chadbourne tune to end. How are you?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:33am Stanley:

This Eugene Chadbourne tune will go on forever.
Avatar 5:34am Brian in UK:

Stanley that Bluddy PS.

Mine would start and end at Forever Changes.
Avatar 5:34am Bill Mac:

They generally do don't they? Yeah T Rex beats both the Who and BBs... actually 'Picture' is Rods best, so both are definitely better.
Avatar 5:35am w41:

That's not Captain Beefheart singing
  5:35am Mrs. Mac:

Electric Warrior ... 7th grade recess, me and my girlfriends sitting on the school steps singing the whole album day after day
Avatar 5:35am Bill Mac:

So sir.... John French (aka Drumbo)
Swag For Life Member 5:36am mauri:

couple of hours of sleep that squeezes the reality on my face. gotta make bets and eat pizza at somepoint. paid by a woman whose cat I took to animal hospital yesterday. lot's to look forward today... dii dy dii dy dii

Sun Zoom Spark - inspired choice.
Avatar 5:37am Brian in UK:

Hey mauri. Hope things are good with you.

Ever tell you of the time Marc Bolan talked to me.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:42am Stanley:

Beefheart's lyrics are often amazing. 'Magnet draw day from dark, Sun zoom spark'
Swag For Life Member 5:43am mauri:

Hey Brian. it's all quite good. You good?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:44am Stanley:

@Brian - do tell

Avatar 5:48am Brian in UK:

mauri are you playing any music?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:50am Stanley:

Sounds like Sandy?
Avatar 5:52am Bill Mac:

Sandy was already gone 5 years when this first came out. She'd probably scoff at the prominent bass sound in this.
Avatar 5:53am Brian in UK:

@Stanley needless to say my wife who was as big a fan as Mrs Mac was very p..... off.

Great show as ever Bill. Drive carefully.
Avatar 5:54am Jay/London:
