A viking ship appears on the horizon, a likeness of Alice Coltrane carved into its bow. Rare birds flock together to sing Francoise Hardy as soul hits. A sunset of blips and bleeps fills the air.

Hi Trouble, I agree with you about the Rodrigues movie. It has some flaws but I thought it was great. After seeing that movie, many of my friends wanted to see Shuggie Otis live. Unlike Rodrigues, Shuggie live these days is missing a spark. Kind of uninteresting considering the length of time since his II album was first recorded. Shuggie has not continued to evolve and be inspired. I don't blame him, I understand. He's had it rough. But I don't think I would go see Shuggie Otis play live any time soon.
