Listener comments!

  6:07am pierre:

Hola McHuge Castagnets !
Bonjour tout le monde !
  6:09am fred:

Good morning Hugh, bonjour Pierre
  6:13am pierre:

Salut Fred ! How was Mr. Quintron last time ?
Deeply sorry i didn't come, but i wasn't feeling very well.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:16am McHuge:

Got it figured out. Gonna rock it all morning more or less. Thanks for tuning in!
  6:45am Sometimes Jasmine:

YES. This set is totally rocking my morning.
  6:54am ausmanx:

now, is anyone out there going to tell the listerners who Fred Titlus was? i can even remember seeing him bowl...
  7:03am ausmanx:

"The funniest song ever written about an England and Middlesex cricketer".
  7:12am Steve:

Fred Titmus was a spin bowler whose prime was in the sixties. He's also well known for having a few toes cut off by a propeller whilst swimming, in the West Indies I think. More Half Man Half Biscuit please!
  7:21am northguineahills:

Yes, this set is waking me nicely!
  7:26am fred:

@pierre: (if you're still around) Quintron was really cool, and the opening puppet show was a lot of fun. And they were selling the 9th ward marching band LP, which looks as great as it sounds
  7:42am northguineahills:

I thought I've heard everything Lush put out, I missed this one.
  7:43am pierre:

@fred: cool! That must have been an awesome night. Again sorry for not coming, this time it wasn't work I swear :) Felt just "morose".

  7:47am fred:

@pierre: I hope you feel better now. I met another listener this weekend, he even filmed part of the marathon this year, so maybe you know the guy. We should have a meet-up one of these days
  7:48am hamburger:

sometimes say... hey ma!
  7:54am pierre:

@fred : thanks, it comes and goes :)
About that guy who filmed the marathon, I think Sam from "feu machin" mentionned this guy. And I'm not sure I ever met him. A meet-up could be cool, yes.
  7:58am fred:

@pierre: only problem for a meet-up is that I have a gig or show planned almost every single day until the end of the month...
  8:02am northguineahills:

I love Sub Dub, It's been awhile since I've seen Raz & John play..
  8:14am fred von helsing:

let me know when the meet-up is, and... I probably won't be able to come :-O
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:19am McHuge:

you can find all the meetups at the wfmu page at meetup.com
  8:28am northguineahills:

I dig this flavor of retro.
  8:31am ausmanx:

a fucking great show...
  8:32am Krypt:

what ausmanx said!
  8:40am fred von helsing:

  8:45am PKNY:

"Underdog!" Thanks for taking it there... yeah yeah!
  8:49am PKNY:

One of favorite slept-on Sabbath tracks, killer show today!
  8:52am Chris from DC:

Absolutely, PKNY.
  8:59am northguineahills:

Thanks for the fun set McHuge Castanets!
