  4:07pm Matt from Springfield:

Nice tunes so far Ted! Bobby Bland is always appreciated.
  4:18pm Matt from Springfield:

Love John Holt!
That rhythm track sounds familiar; I have a Dawn Penn cover of the Beatles "Don't Let Me Down" from around '69--that could have been the same band or producer, or in any case the same era.
Avatar 4:20pm Ted:

It's good stuff
  4:23pm Matt from Springfield:

It's all good stuff! Nice Caribbean turn of the show, nice cover too. I enjoy reggae covers of Western songs in general.
  4:36pm Matt from Springfield:

ANOTHER home run from The Fame Studios Story! This is a great album!
  4:40pm Neal from Vermont:

Sure thing Neal, and thanks for tuning in.
  4:46pm Matt from Springfield:

Good to focus on Dan Penn this month--apparently Spooner Oldham has written songs with him quite a bit, yet I only knew of Spooner before. Thanks for shining some light on Mr. Penn!
  4:50pm Neal from Vermont:

Escher?
  4:50pm Matt from Springfield:

Marvin & Tammi! Didn't realize they did a version of this as well, excellent!
