  8:22pm Matt from Springfield:

The FCC wasn't around till 1934, hopefully she should be grandfathered, er, Red Hot Mamaed in.
  8:28pm Matt from Springfield:

It's your generations fault, building Model Ts on assembly lines fueled by burning arsenic!!
  8:29pm Rummy Delbarton:

Hey Edison, you're still mad about Alf Landon losing.
  8:30pm Jeff W:

two songs with jelly rolls?
very sweet.
  8:33pm 23 skidoo:

I am so warmly reminded of Grover Cleveland.
  8:33pm Matt from Springfield:

Bessie and her jelly rolls again...

"Fun" fact, Bessie died and was buried in an unmarked grave. It was actually Janis Joplin who finally bought her a headstone. If Janis hadn't died young perhaps she could have taken a role in blues preservation.
  8:34pm G:

Free Silver? Bah! The whole trouble started when the Interstate Commerce Commission was created!
  8:34pm nestor:

  8:35pm Matt from Springfield:

  8:36pm nestor:

Once cake has cooled, gently unroll and spread cake with jam or jelly and re-roll. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar or cover with whipped cream.
  8:38pm G:

It never fails to satisfy.
  8:38pm Billy Sunday:

Man, what I'd give for a little Leo Slezak right now. Or some Sarah Bernhardt. Or some Foghat.
  8:52pm Matt from Springfield:

I've got gin right now! And yet another rhyme with "sin"!!
  8:54pm Tony Comstock:

The Codger never lets up!!!!!!!!!!!
  8:55pm MC:

Codger time!
  8:57pm G:

Anthony Comstock actually lived in Summit, NJ for the last 35 years of his life.
  8:58pm Matt from Springfield:

Thanks Codger! Back to the 21st Century, for now...
  12:41am Van Up:

Go James P! My song writing hero (he wrote "Charleston").
