Listener comments!

  9:00am dc pat:

FIRST!
  9:02am Danne D:

ooh, it's Wednesday. Ken's show arrives just in time each week
  9:02am Emile:

I'm totally wired for ken's show
  9:04am bbell:

Back when birthday parties were held at home around the dining room table, pin the tail on the donkey, cake that Mom made (probably Duncan Hines), what a good time!
  9:05am Ken:

Morning Pat, Danne, Emile & Barbara! Overjoyed to be here. Really!
  9:05am The_GB_Kid:

Morning Ken. Morning everyone.
  9:05am Mark:

who's the kid choking himself?
  9:06am Dan B From Upstate:

First! Oh, I'm not good at this. Good morning, everyone!
  9:07am anne:

morning everyone!
  9:07am Ken:

That's Fred Nisley who is choking himself. 8 years later, he owned a pet tarantula named Hambone and we used to smoke weed and play with it. It was tame.
  9:08am dc pat:

holy crap, what an amazing cartoon of Django--even got the two finger left hand right..
  9:08am hamburger:

wooaow - nice django gif
  9:08am Brian C.:

Check closely--Ken is holding an advance copy of the Grateful Dead's first LP
  9:09am Mark:

the weed or the tarantula?
  9:09am Emile:

Sing along with Television: My Woman from To-k-yo!
  9:10am dc pat:

could this Television tune have been produced any better? I think not.
  9:13am Ken:

The CD Player Ate My Disk!!!! We werent supposed to play another Wire tune.
  9:14am Emile:

I saw Wire on the recent tour, they were great. I was waiting for the old roadies to get off the stage and then .... they started playing. It was Colin and Graham. Gulp!
  9:15am Cecile:

Hola, all! Working at home, so mostly lurking today...
  9:15am Ken:

On the other hand, Ive been listening to this CD nonstop.
  9:15am Dan B From Upstate:

The CD player has good taste.
  9:16am Ken:

Yeah fuck it. Im playing the whole damn CD.
  9:16am dc pat:

man, that lady is going to chop her finger tips off with the LP. Bad technique...
  9:16am glenn:

we only want cd players that taste good.
  9:16am Cecile:

That's cool, Ken. I know you were dubious about it.
  9:18am Ken:

Yeah, my opinion has changed. Its an amazing pop record.
  9:19am Ernest (Vienna):

Yeah, good record!
  9:19am Detroit Mac:

News good enough for me to make me do a Wednesday Weed in celebration (if I had any):
http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/01/10/us-pot-health-idUSTRE8092BC20120110
  9:21am Cecile:

I tend to admire Wire more than I like them, but I really like this record.
  9:22am still b/p:

The kid on the far side of the birthday table has demon eyes, has the party's only evident necktie, and appears to be preaching haaaaard. "You can't bah-low out the fah-lames of-a HELL! Satan is suh-hervin' fat frosted slices of-a SIN today!"
  9:24am Ken:

Yeah b/p! I cant remember his name! He lived across the street from me and he was a few years older and he was a fantastically bad influence on me.
  9:24am Mark:

I hope Ken has learned to handle LPs better since 1967
  9:25am Dan B From Upstate:

Best? That's all Mitt Romney could be bothered to write?
  9:27am richard:

wire, wire, pants on fire! Ken that was an awesome gig you put on with these guys a few years ago. I took my then 15 year old son and told him I was really into theses guys when I was your age!
  9:28am Ken:

Come on Man, Dont give Mitt such a hard tuime, He's got his hand on Nachum's ass.
  9:28am Caryn:

Hello all! If you do intend to play the whole cd, Ken, maybe you should name today's show "Down to the wire" or something.
  9:28am Caryn:

Or "Wearing out the 'Bad Worn Thing'"
  9:28am dc pat:

don't see how that's possible Ken, I think he has his hand somewhere else...
  9:29am Skirkie:

Mitt Romney sounds like a Jedi name.
  9:29am MD:

WHAT!!!! HAPPY 2012 Y'ALL!!!!
  9:30am Caryn:

Is the first gif someone tuning a radio, or someone giving a robot a purple nurple?
  9:31am yayson:

this song is great, the entire radio station should just be this on repeat.
  9:32am Caryn:

Ken's future marathon premium: a record-shaped chef's knife.
9:32am Yair Yona (Tel Aviv, Israel, Earth, Milky Way):

Hey Ken. Saw your O'rielly video today on redifining radio - very nice.
those who missed it - this is your man ; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Jb5ycuBNjI&feature=share
  9:32am Mark:

is this the 38th reissue of Tago Mago or the 39th?
  9:32am Ken:

No Pat, you may understand anatomy, but you forget that Nachum has four inches on Mitt. Hence the reacharound.
  9:32am home sick New Yorker:

Not Wire but Can!
  9:33am Ken:

Oh God, I cant bear to watch that! Did it come out OK?
  9:33am Cheri Pi:

Sweet, I can't hear Oh Yeah enough.
  9:33am hamburger:

cowgirl!
9:33am Yair Yona (Tel Aviv, Israel, Earth, Milky Way):

yes it did, you can watch it, you're safe.
  9:33am Jeff:

That lamp the Wire boy on the left is standing in front of looks like one of my speakers.
  9:34am Jeff:

Comma zero.
9:34am Yair Yona (Tel Aviv, Israel, Earth, Milky Way):

Quite surprised you didn't mention those pizza delivery movies
  9:34am BillyJam:

Hello Sweden, Hello Jersey City, Hello WFMU listeners, Hello Ken!
  9:35am Greg from VA:

Wired is my mantra for the day, so now I shall become enlightened in a wired way, which is to say, I'm looking to settle with bliss in my red barked tree. Ken as guru, or gooroo, yeah I say!
  9:35am seang:

today is a good day
  9:37am Ken:

Funny you should mention Big Sausage Pizza. I'm about to launch a Big Sausage Pizza Remix Contest.
  9:38am Brian in Galway:

Enjoying the hell out of the show so far. Also, my fondest regards to Liz and Jason!
  9:38am Aaron in Jcity:

nice speech at O'Reilly
  9:38am BillyJam:

Corn weenie sausage pizza beats n breaks
  9:39am Detroit Mac:

Does this mean all posters should send in today's previous posts again?
9:40am Yair Yona (Tel Aviv, Israel, Earth, Milky Way):

Lately I arrive in perfect timing. maybe it's because I became vegan.
  9:40am BSI:

Who has carrot cake?
  9:42am Luke:

Well good morning Ken. Play me some weird german music please.
  9:45am Ken:

What manner of weird German music do you fancy, Luke?
  9:47am Macht Wein:

Suppose weird music is requested, and suppose German music is requested...but I repeat myself.
  9:48am Luke:

Rocket Freudental is what I was thinking. Does Hasselhoff count as german?
  9:49am Ken:

Did I play this twice by mistake?
  9:49am yayson:

is that a dog cake?
  9:51am northguineahills:

I had something to say, but it was said, but not which was aforementioned.
  9:51am rstt:

Great pics and musics, Ken. It goes without saying?
  9:52am Jeff:

It's National Soup Month here in the good ol' US of A. Also apparently National Hot Tea Month and National Oatmeal Month.
Good warming January edibles.
Does ridiculous commemorative month naming go on to a similar extent elsewhere?
  9:52am Mark:

nice bangs Ken
  9:55am Ken:

Thanks Mark. One year later, I was wearing a little Nehry jacket to school.
  9:55am Mark:

Cool!
  9:56am pgw in mntclr:

soup, tea, and oatmeal are very big winter staples for me, in addition to coffee and cough lozenges.
  9:57am BSI:

always been a sucker for simple loopy basslines. This one has wings.
  9:58am Jeff:

What BSI said.
  9:59am Mark:

I used to have to wear little bowties like Jason Levine, I hated them, they were clip on
  9:59am seang:

Ian Curtis is getting down to this rhythm
  10:01am dc pat:

IT'S NOT "BACKSLASH" FOR GODSAKES!!!
  10:01am kat330:

Greets all! Nice morning workout music earlier, esp. Wildman Fischer, and then cool down thereafter. Thanks, Ken!
  10:02am pgw in mntclr:

Kama Zero
  10:02am Jeff:

What dc pat said. Biting my tongue comma zero comma zero.
  10:02am Lizardner Dave:

Someone with one o'them computer things and some know-how ought to do a Dan Tullis and Joel Clark/Comma Zero remix.
  10:03am Confused:

I though backslash was gay Star Trek porn.
  10:03am Confused:

I though backslash was gay Star Trek porn.
  10:06am northguineahills:

Always loved this SY Carpenters cover.
  10:06am Michael:

No, "Backslash" is short for '"Backdraft' slash/fic."

(YOU make the joke using the word 'flaming'---I'm bitter.)
  10:07am Brian C.:

Love the SY. I got the "If I were a Carpenter" tribute from my son for Xmas
  10:07am Cecile:

Ah, my former imaginary boyfriend singing this.
  10:08am Mark:

he's available Cecile
  10:09am Cecile:

Ha! I'm into New Zealanders and the vampire from UK Being Human now. Also? Record collectors, zzzzzzzz
  10:09am Cecile:

Ha! I'm into New Zealanders and the vampire from UK Being Human now. Also? Record collectors, zzzzzzzz
  10:10am dc pat:

are we suppose to say "THEE Sonic Youth" now??
  10:11am Mark:

here's a contest for you, what is Thurston eating?
  10:11am Cecile:

And hurrah for Leon Russell for writing such a creepy song.
  10:12am pgw in mntclr:

A Berliner?
  10:12am dc pat:

ICH bin ein berliner!
  10:13am Cecile:

Hey, can you play West Coast Poplock by Ronnie Hudson?
  10:13am Jeff:

A piece of big sausage pizza.
  10:14am Mark in VT:

I have some blue buggie eyes that you can put over your eyes like that pingpong eyeball picture. They are actually my daughter's but I use them sometimes.
  10:14am G:

What a good mood Ken seems to be in! I can't figure out if that means the anger management class is finally working, or that he has finally dropped anger management class altogether.
  10:15am Dave B:

Morning Ken and crew...
  10:15am Cecile:

You know that one that goes:
Minnesota knows how to party
Minnesota knows how to party
In the city, city of Red Wing
In the city, city of St Paul
In the city, city of Brainerd
They pop lock!
  10:16am MD:

SATAN HAS A BOYFRIEND! My Heart is broken...weep...weep...weep...
  10:16am BSI:

YEZ! This Trophies track is the bee's things!
  10:18am Cecile:

Or baby animal...
  10:19am Barry:

Hey now! No jiveass Mormon named Romney is ever gonna pick the FCC director. Take it to the bank. You should see the opp research we got saved up for after Labor Day.
  10:20am Satan:

Yeah, I just couldn't keep on not being true to myself, or to others. My therapist made me see that.
  10:20am Janet H:

Hello! It's been 742 days, since I've been here. What's new?
  10:21am Ken:

Welcome back Janet! You have been mithed.
  10:21am Cecile:

Janet!!!!!!!!!
  10:21am Cecile:

Janet!!!!!!!!!
  10:22am MD:

So Satan,,,how is Mr Romney as a partner...is he loving
and caring???
  10:23am nyc:

That Trophies track was phenomenal! I highly recommend Alessandro Bosetti's solo album on Sedimental if you dug it, too.
  10:23am Satan:

Saddam was a bit hotter, but my Mitty is the bestest Sweety of all time!
  10:24am App Store:

Commenters on various shows say their posting app makes them post double. Is that true, or are they just double-tapping when they send?

Commenters on various shows say their posting app makes them post double. Is that true, or are they just double-tapping when they send?
  10:24am northguineahills:

There was a 90s post-rock/psyche and from Jax, FL called Jon Todd.
  10:25am MD:

OH....I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! can we still be friends????
  10:26am Steve J:

There is a delay and people end up tapping twice....patience people patience!
  10:26am Satan:

One word, dude: Threeway?
  10:26am Dave B:

@App Store -

I think it's because your default pinwheel counter is white, and the app background is white, making it near impossible to see that a comment was entered.

  10:27am Satan:

Go away, fake Satan.
  10:28am Mark in VT:

my wfmu app doesn't have the streams anymore. hasn't for a long time. But it does open right up to the live stream. just nothing available like the drummer some and vicky's stream and such.
  10:28am Satan:

Get thee away from me, Satan!
  10:28am Cecile:

No, that's not it. If you hold the button down for more than1/1000 second, it double posts.
  10:30am App Store:

I thought so: The dreaded doubletap. Developer: Just add a line in the code to prevent more than one "send" happening inside a second or two.
  10:30am Satan:

Oh yeah? You smell.
  10:30am Mark:

wow 1/1000 of a second
  10:31am Ken:

Mark, try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
  10:32am MD:

Satan...please stop fighting with yourself...you need more sessions....XOXOX!
  10:32am Cecile:

I'm serious. I'm not doubletapping. I practically just have to look at it and it double posts.
  10:32am Satan:

Doubletap? Me n Mitt do that nearly every night.
  10:32am Greg from VA:

I need to hear something from Detroit, the place where angels are born and satan most likely will die.
  10:32am Carmichael:

Good morning Kenneth and FMUers.
  10:33am Mark:

wow Ken is a vigorous typer
  10:33am Bob Mitchum:

Beef. It's what's for din-dins...for da goo' boy's din'dins...whooosa goo' boy?
  10:34am Real Satan:

A gentleman does not fudgepack and tell.
  10:35am BSI:

Those of us who learned touch typing on an old inherited manual portable machine STILL type like we're whack-a-mole-ing..... or is that just me?
  10:36am Typing Teacher:

That's actually "tough typing"
  10:37am G:

You can tell from his weight that the NJ gov believes in doing what feels good.
  10:37am PSA:

Friend-dudes don't let friend-dudes board baked.

Hi Ken! Hi Cecile!
  10:37am pgw in mntclr:

  10:38am Detroit Mac:

  10:38am Dave B:

My rule of thumb when ever flying - take off before the plane does.
  10:38am Luke:

Manboobs are real. Thanks Tofu.
  10:39am G:

Maybe the good doctor used to work for the tobacco industry?? Sounds familiar, somehow, I mean.
  10:40am tony:

How old is Willie Nelson in joint years?
  10:41am Detroit Mac:

Hey.. I'm selling on Etsy my artisan Nipple Roach Clips.
  10:41am rstt:

what about combined with aerobic exercise?
  10:41am Greg from VA:

My joints ache but my man boobs are aroused!
  10:42am Michael:

I'm still sceptical of pot-smokers' lungs being improved...some asthmatics, perhaps.
More to the point though, is that tobacco cigarettes are _particularly_ bad to smoke because nicotine paralyses the bronchial cilia that would normally clear foreign irritants from your lungs---it's the ending of this paralysis that gives some nicotine-quitters their coughs, the other reason of course being their new-found knowledge that God truly, truly hates them.
  10:42am Carmichael:

I still have my original sifting shoebox. Seeds are long gone, though.
  10:45am moose:

the problem is that the grass makes me want the tobacco
thinking of trying 'electronic' cigarette for this purpose
  10:45am glenn:

sifting shoebox. new band name.
  10:46am Ken:

Carmichael, youre such a rebel! You're supposed to use a gatefold LP.
  10:47am Greg from VA:

I can't decide whether to eat something from Jersey City or Detroit, but I think the next song is going to decide it for me, damn munchies.
  10:47am Mark:

preferably Dark Side of the Moon
  10:47am Bad Ronald:

Good Morning!

That's right Ken why do you think the Beatles released the White album for?
  10:50am Ike:

What's this about a Newark storefront? I was walking through a bad reception area.
  10:50am Ken:

Avoid Ferry Street tonight Ike.
  10:51am Dave B:

that's why gatefolds rule. its a pain in the ass to try and clean an oz. on one of those CD booklets...
  10:51am bill:

On Your Feet or On Your Knees for sifting seeds
  10:51am Greg from VA:

Ike, there is a storefront in Newark, and when you walk in front of it, one gets bad reception.
  10:52am G:

Isn't there a longwinded Neil Y. between-song rap about the virtues of pot-driven lung power? Maybe Joe B had something like that in his hour-plus of early Neil raps, they almost all came back to kush.
  10:53am Powderfinger:

Play Winterlong!
  10:53am Roberto:

Best Neil song ever. What the hell is it about anyway?
  10:54am Kevin:

It doesn't take a miracle to cultivate a weed,
so save your seeds!
  10:54am Greg from VA:

Ken, If I ask you to play whatever you are going to play next, .... ...will you play it?
  10:54am Pocahantas:

I'm the best Neil song ever.
  10:54am Mark in DC:

Bill, I sifted many seeds on that one too. Yep!
  10:54am Vivian:

Exactly my thought, Roberto! Good morning Ken and fellow WFMU listeners.
  10:54am grubbus:

Vapor Bros. Great warranty they'll fix-it up if you drop it/knock it over.
I love Jays but, research says...
  10:55am moose:

i haven't found a seed in ages
  10:56am grubbus:

New riders of the Purple sage was one of my favourite sifting albums. CD's are good for Dorm rooms. Yeah, ditto..seeds are hard to come by.
  10:56am Ken:

Excellent point Moose! Hydroponics have eliminated the need for gatefold LPs.
  10:56am King Penguin:

Rewind Belock's anti-Vancouver Neil Young rant marathon!
  10:57am Carmichael:

Out in Humboldt County just north of me, they mutated the seeds out of that purple-looking skunk weed they're known for.
  10:58am Dave B:

Rastaman Vibration - I took the liner notes to heart:

"This album jacket is great for cleaning herb."
  10:59am John de San Antonio:

I kind of miss the snap and crackle effects of albums
  11:00am John de San Antonio:

I mean seeds
  11:00am Detroit Mac:

The centerfold of Beefheart's "Safe as Milk" was my favorite cleaning spot.
  11:01am John de San Antonio:

T. Tex, what a great guy!
  11:01am Nathan:

Still can find seedy weed here in the UK. I've also discovered that the Rasta shops here, after 11 years, usually do a bit o' under the counter dealing.
  11:03am G:

Ken really ought to footnote all these Parkview psychoactives for the audience.
  11:05am jtreg:

I was in a similar situation to Porter last summer.
  11:05am bw:

oh god - the NYC DMV - I wish someone told me it was a place you need to mentally prepare for
  11:07am G:

The DMV is notorious in NY and most states.

I heard from Jersey pals it has gotten better there since they outsourced it to a private firm?? Could that be true???
  11:07am Dave B:

@bw - you will never see a more wretched hive of scum and villany
  11:08am Dave B:

here's a handy little field guide for your smart phones...

  11:08am Ike:

But, Ken, what if my GF wants Mexican food? We might have to walk down Ferry St. to get to Mi Pequeño Mexico.
  11:08am Detroit Mac:

Does anybody besides me remember the "Southbound Freeways'" CRAZY SHADOWS single? Can't tell Orp from Bleep.
  11:09am Mike East:

NJ DMV's are no walk in the park either.
  11:10am bw:

I almost got stabbed when I sighed at the lady who cut in front of us all - SHE WAS LED OUT BY COPS!
  11:11am G:

So take the opportunity to say hi to your fellow citizens, bw.
  11:12am Jeff:

"Spackle" is a registered trademark of the Muralo paint company of nearby Bayonne, New Jersey. They invented Spackle, and still make some of the finest housepaint available.
  11:12am Mike East:

@bw - atleast you got a story out of it! (and DIDN'T get stabbed)
  11:12am Dave B:

Ken, you need a nice clicky IBM buckling spring keyboard. Much better for radio. My work colleagues know when I'm getting into typing by the resonating clack of the keys...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Model_M_keyboard
  11:18am Dan B From Upstate:

Oh, I loved the Model M. We had those in my hight school. I would steal the keys, come back later and put them on the wrong buttons. Oh, what a scamp I was.
  11:19am Greg from VA:

They only let me out into the yard or library once every week for 3 hours, so I insist on Wednesday mornings to listen to this show when I get my computer privileges, for it helps me stay balanced, but this show ends and things go back to black, but I relive these 3 hours over and over, till the next week, for my mind is on loop ...
  11:20am Carmichael:

All normal DMV transactions in California are done by mail or over the intertubes. There's no reason to walk through the sliding doors and into the pit of eternal suffering, unless you're an illegal who's trying to register a stolen car, you've had so many DUIs that you have to renew with a driving test, or you're just a poor sorry bastard who got "asked" downtown to complete your transaction. I went in just to pick up a form (stupid idea), and it looked like the cast party from a Fellini movie.
  11:21am andymorphic:

this keeps me sane as well greg...hang in there
  11:22am Hugh:

Morning, Ken, & all,
Just walked into the house, radio on, heard about the dj car crash. ??? Dosen't the driver's auto ins.cover medical costs? Dude needs a lawyer.
  11:22am robyn:

I have to go to the Texas DMV soon. I wasn't looking forward to it to begin with, but now I'm terrified.
  11:25am Mark in VT:

everyone has seen the James Brown Japanese noodle commercials right? He sings in Japanese about miso noodles twenty some years ago.
  11:25am Ken:

Greg, what institution are you in?
  11:26am abby in france:

this song is in my favorite movie of all time! thanks for playing it, i'm smiling, hi ken.
  11:26am G:

@Hugh: Just possibly a dude who was out of it enough to drive through a hotel room is UNinsured.
  11:29am tim from champaign:

Robyn, last year at this time I was in Lubbock, TX and needed to get Texas plates and a DL. It was probably one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever encountered. Mainly because I couldn't get a straight answer out of several Lubbockites while trying to find out the 3 different places I needed to go for inspection, plates and license. Ay yi yi!
  11:31am Marmalade Kitty:

Does anyone else think Thurston Moore looks like Chuck Norris eating pizza?
  11:32am Ken:

Marmalade Kitty, take it back! Thurston is eating a donut.
  11:33am BSI:

Had to duck out for a while. Did I miss any critical info on this looming comma-zero/comma-zero remix orgy of sonic violence and confusion?
  11:33am Mark:

I think might be eating a Christmas cookie
  11:34am robyn:

@tim it's amazing how difficult the dmv can be. you either get a junior license or a normal license. the end. i'm grateful you didn't describe the Texas DMV as a fellini cast party though...
  11:34am ?:

Ken, I'm in Cold Springs Correctional Unit #10, Greenville, VA, where manboobs are something you just don't want.
  11:35am clyde stubblefield:

absolute killer set, Ken
  11:35am Marmalade Kitty:

There is a similar photo of Chuck eating pizza..
  11:36am Marmalade Kitty:

a donut sorry!
  11:38am Ken:

Greg, I am incredibly honored that you use your three hours a week of "freedom" to listen to the show! Thank you. One of the greatest compliments Ive ever received.
  11:39am blip:

Ok, maybe I should know this, but.... is there a way to stop the playlist/comments page from continuously flashing back to the top of the frickin' page?
  11:39am G:

How long till you're out, Greg? If you don't mind someone asking.
  11:40am Ken:

Blip, it aint SUPPOSED to do that. Sorry.
  11:41am Mark:

but it does Ken, it does
  11:42am G:

Depending on browser, when the playlist updates (every 60 seconds??) your browser may reload and place your view back at the top of the playlist page. Some computers I use do that, some don't.
  11:43am seang:

que sera sera
  11:44am Mark:

So G, is it the browser or the computer?
  11:45am G:

It's the browser settings. But I use different computers with different browsers, so that's why I know some do and some don't.
  11:45am blip:

Mine happens about 10 times per song, so it doesn't appear to be just when the playlist is updated. Somthin wrong with me comp...
  11:46am G:

Sounds fun! blip, alright!
  11:46am Mark:

so it is the browser not the computer. Do you know which browser works?
  11:47am BSI:

my experience is same as blip. Safari, Firef*cks both do it. I've long since given up hope of salvation.
  11:47am G:

Probably any browser works if you change the right setting. It doesn't bother me either way, so I haven't researched it. Anyone?
  11:48am Caryn:

I wonder if Thurston is eating a regular donut or one of those fancy Northwestern ones?
  11:48am Mark:

now to look for the right setting
  11:49am Mark in VT:

It doesn't do it to me and I use firefox. must be a setting.
  11:52am Michael:

Ken, "The Golden Age of Fake Sitar Music" the title of your next Marathon premium, fake sitars on or not?
  11:52am Greg from VA:

I need to thank you Ken, for this show reminds me so much of the freeform radio of years ago, and the creative energy of it is very sustaining and helpful. Internet radio streaming and some limited email is allowed thank god ...

G; I've got 3 more years before I'm parole eligable, but one pays a heavy price for being stupid, so it is what it is, but there is a future, and I'll be in it.
  11:53am northguineahills:

See you next week Greg in VA!
  11:54am G:

What did they snag you for?

Good luck with the time passing quickly!
  11:55am Dan B From Upstate:

Hang tight, Greg.
  11:56am kat330:

Phone calls and business took me away for the chunk, but glad to be back for the Finn. Thanks for all I got to hear this morning, Ken!
  11:56am Caryn:

Til next week, Greg.

BTW, I'm gonna see if I can find that Eläkeläiset book for you, Ken. Excellent show & gifs this week (The Ann Miller one is actually from a dance number she did with a broken back. Her drunk abusive husband had thrown her down the stairs.)
  11:56am Ken:

Bye everybody! I love you all so much it hurts me.
  11:56am G:

Ouch!
  11:56am Michael:

Greg: Good luck. If they let you have an mp3 player, maybe Ken might turn a blind eye while I tell you how to grab archives to put on it...maybe.
  11:58am Jeff:

Y'know what hurts me? The vocoder.
  11:58am Ike:

We love you too, Ken. But not in the naughty way.
  12:00pm Greg from VA:

Hey thanks all, this is a treat, I can feel the love, humbled really. Yes, I have an iPod, do stream and save some the archives when possible. Computer access is spotty, not really supposed to be able to write to anyone except a limited email list, but we have our ways. Thanks again all.
  12:00pm Cecile:

Greg, what everyone else said. Glad 'FMU can help.
  12:01pm Marmalade Kitty:

Happy new year Ken!!
