That's a balancing response to Ben's assertion than Cain is an incompetent of subsaharan African background. What the heck is Obama but the same thing? I understand that most people only see good in their political side, and only see bad in the other political side, which is where Ike is as usual going with his entry into the conversation. But I'm focusing instead on actual competence in accomplishing anything beyond the occasional popularity contest.
