  3:07am Andrew:

Hi Bill! ^_^

I didn't know you were doing a 265 days project show til Rich mentioned it just before...I love the 365 days project & there's just so many weird covers & originals...I have some of it on my mp3 player & listen a lot
  3:07am Bill Mac:

I wanna thank those of you who have already pledged to this show during WFMU Shock and Awetober Fundraiser ... thank you Abby, Pat, Brian, Andrew, and Maxine ... not only are you keeping the greatest freeform radio station alive and kicking, you're also sending a message that Zzzzzzero Hour with Bill Mac is essential to its programming.

So far we've only raised 40% of my assigned $1200 goal and there's only 1 more show left to go. Please click the magic widget at the top of any of my playlists, donate whatever jingly change you can afford, and get some cool swag as a thank you gift.

  3:17am Bill Mac:

Hey Andrew, yeah, I was a big fan of the 1st installment of this in 2003... one of those revelation stages from my musical past... last minute decision but I thought why not?
  3:24am Andrew:

Who did Eres Tu originally? Dean Martin?

Some of these songs make me feel like I've gone to another dimension....
  3:26am Martyn:

Morning Bill.

I think I've entered the twilight zone.
  3:27am Bill Mac:

I'm not sure.... I DO remember it being a hit by someone in the 70s...
  3:27am Andrew:

The Evil Dope...anti drug? but it sounds so spaced out & druggy, hehe
  3:28am Bill Mac:

@Martyn ... You have, man.... we'll be back by dawn.... my time
  3:30am Andrew:

hahaha, this is one of the later ones I got...So far they are all ones I've heard...But then I'd only d/l I tihnk hald of 2003 & 2 months from the 2007, so there's a lot I haven't heard....

This stuff just wouldn't be played on a mainstream radio station ^_^
  3:31am Bill Mac:

Talk about an alternative universe.... picking up girls by being a bit creepy
  3:32am Brian in Uk:

Morning gentlemen. Sunshine breaking out here.

  3:37am Andrew:

I wonder how many guys tried this out & got punched...
  3:38am Bill Mac:

True that Andrew! If I was drinking something it would have been all over the console
  3:38am Andrew:

  4:36am Bill Mac:

  5:00am Bill Mac:

The Message is great!
  5:00am Brian in UK:

Funny you should play The Message, Bill. I was thinking of buying this book to appreciate the power of the words when written down.
  5:02am Andrew:

If I had a car with a big stereo, I'd drive around pumping this kinda stuff out ^_^
Have you hear the four Skins song 'it's beginning to look a lot like syphillis'?
There's a few medical songs on the 365 days project....
It amazes me what gets recorded.

Also, i've gotta say, some of these I heard the first time & thought WTF, but then I listened more & started to love them ^_^
  5:07am Looms:

  5:26am T-Zero:

I understand, Jay. Surgery can be rough. When I had a hernia surgery several years ago that was rough indeed. I couldn't even lift a 2 litre bottle for a few days, and walking... forget about it for about two weeks. That took a long time to recover from. So, here's hoping you a speedy recovery.
  5:32am Andrew:

I wonder if that was written about an actual dancing pig?
  5:32am abby in france:

hi bill mac, hi guys, i took a class and they showed a movie about people who send poems to session musicians to make records out of, it's like a vanity pressing. most of them were about either jesus or pets. take it easy jay in london. great show, bill. thanks.
  5:33am Jay/ London:
