  12:26pm WiLd neIL:

  12:26pm mg:

I'm glad for the tribute.
  12:26pm Cheri Pi:

I may have to join you in Tilburg!
  12:28pm Droll:

Speaking of Cheri Pi and dead songwriters, didn't Jani Lane who penned "Cherry Pie" die yesterday, too? I'm not sure we need to hear that song, though.
  12:30pm Joe:

Let's all go to Tilburg we will charter our own Kamikaze Fun Machine Jet.
  12:32pm eric:

thanks for the TRICLOPS! i put this pic-disc out in 2003. good times!
  12:33pm jljl:

Jani died a week or so ago, 47. No need for Cherry Pie but I have a soft spot for Uncle Tom's Cabin.
  12:33pm Joe:

Wow I hope the rest of Triclops sonds this good when I check it out now
  12:37pm WiLd neIL:

Triclops rocks hard and precise.
  12:37pm eric:

joe. they are/were a great band. check out the rest of this ep (missing finger records), and their two full length lp's on alternative tentacles.
  12:37pm kamikaze:

Hey everybody! @Droll - no Warrant shall be played here. They can go to any lengths they want for airplay, it ain't gonna work! @Eric - THANK YOU for putting out the Triclops! record- the rule! They played here live in 2008 (Nov)- and were killer! AND @Joe, yes Voivod curating Roadburn is the coolest news I've heard since Chuck Dukowski and Eugene Robinson announced the birth of Black Face.... Thanks all for tuning in!
  12:39pm eric:

oops. that triclops ep came out in 2007.
  12:42pm dave:

27 years to late..but nonetheless better late than neve!
  12:52pm jljl:

The infamous Miggs, too bad you're not up early east coast time.
  12:57pm Rodney:

Powervice is one of the better retro NWOBHM style bands I have heard.
  12:58pm MIGGS:

ahahaha! well sorta..have a 1 year daughter who wakes up at 5am (PST) so tehnicall i am up that early hahahaha...
  1:01pm jljl:

  1:07pm dw:

Question: Will the Old record Formula see an lp reissue at some point? Thank you.
  1:08pm mocklah:

anyone catch the url for the downloads?
  1:10pm Joe:

  1:11pm mocklah:

thanks, joe.
  1:12pm Joe:

Did Digby lose any merch in riots?
  1:13pm MIGGS:

....i think its great that digby does allow free download..i think it does expose a band more to people who might not necessarily know or like the band..i always turn my friends to new music and then they go support the band if they tour and eventually buy the album from the band
  1:13pm jljl:

sigh, can't guilt you into thurs. morning on SJ's station, or any weekday morning actually?
As far as Earrache goes, I'd pick Entombed or Pitchshifter as a fave.
  1:13pm Cheri Pi:

I APPROVE!!! Great song.
  1:13pm bill:

Digby thanks for putting out so much great music the past couple of decades
  1:14pm MIGGS:

  1:26pm Andy in Berlin:

John Peel had a regular radio show here in Berlin for years - first on British Armed Forces Radio (believe that one!) and then later did a weekly thing for a Berlin station and it was great.
  1:29pm Joe:

Thanks Diane
  1:35pm bill:

How was it when Columbia lured a bunch of his bands away, then let them go after one or two albums? How was he about taking them back?
  1:36pm MIGGS:
