  3:26am Bill Mac:

Madam Kitty, that's what you get for keeping normal hours! Hope your handling the weather over there. It DOES give me something to ramble about. At midnight it felt like a dryer outside!
  3:34am hamburger / london:

Dear Sirs and Madams. I am writing to say Guten Morgan Freeman! :D
  3:35am Bill Mac:

Guten Piers Morgan Freeman, Mr Burger!
  3:36am Marmalade Kitty:

The weather sucks here too! ..but from a different meteorological perspective. unseasonably cold damp grey rain wind crap etc..!!!! I would swap with you lot anyday! anyday!!
  3:39am hamburger / london:

I'd take a bit of rain over a heatwave anyday. ANY DAY!
  3:40am Marmalade Kitty:

I'm always bragging about how I like the heat.... it's just been ridiculously sunny and hot... I'm ready for a trade!
  3:42am hamburger / london:

come rain or shine, I'm mucho gusto for the summer time here / it's only the long dark hours of winter that brings me down :)
  3:44am Marmalade Kitty:

It's a sunny start here but I won't be fooled :) It's guaranteed to cloud over and rain later.. so cynical
  3:49am alberto:

(discovered it on a compilation about the music that the Cramps loved)
  5:23am Marmalade Kitty:

how far is coney island from NJ? Would have loved to have been there Mr. Fine wine was on top form..!?
  5:25am Bill Mac:

There's a site that compiled like 15 volumes of music that inspired the Cramps. I think it's called Lux and Ivy's favorites... we have 8 of the volumes.... yeah apparently we're doing meet and greets ... being from South Jersey, I've only heard of Coney Island. It's going through a sort of renaissance period from what I understand...
  5:29am hamburger / london:

any of you alls know a good recipe for cookies / muffins etc?
  5:34am pierre:

ah yeah that's it Bill Mac, great compilations !
loved it, discovered on fmu of course

  5:52am Steve:

Turkish Freakout

"The western rock, psych, funk and jazz influences that began to be incorporated into traditional Turkish sounds during the late 60s and 70s can be heard here, as the Anadolu pop sound of Turkeyma balanced these new elements with the complex sounds and rhythms developed over many years. All tracks are referenced from their original 7 inch releases, painstakingly tracked down from various sources in and around Istanbul. The marriage of these styles is original, captivating and bound to freak you out. " - Amazon.com
  5:54am Bill Mac:

I was gonna say one of the most satisfying types of music listening in my book... over the last few years anyway
  5:56am Marmalade Kitty:
