Live performance by The Wyld Olde Souls

These femme folk-psych enthusiasts include members of The Gripweeds, and they've even gotten a nod of approval from founding folkie Tom Rapp. The Wyld Olde Souls wove a few of their magical music spells in the WFMU studio.

Hello Irene and everyone!
Aaaahhh... Vashti.... Always a deep pleasure.
  1:13pm Brian in UK:

NGH The Schumacher biog is less chummy than Marc Eliots. Good read. Still cannot stand the ending!! There is no release for the film in the UK. So it will probably be shown on TV. DVD out in USA in July no good for UK. Hey.
  1:15pm Brian in UK:

  1:34pm Brian in UK:

Lesley Duncan passed away in the last couple of years. A very talented backing singer as well as singer/song writer in her own right. 'Everything Changes' is worth a listen.
  1:35pm Ed:

Lesley Duncan,12 August 1943 – 12 March 2010. "Love Song" on "Sing Children Sing," 1971. Great job, guys.

Talking of EJ & Tumbleweed Connection. The song 'Talking Old Soldiers' on that album is dedicated 'To David' That being David Ackles whom you have played in the past, Irene. I am still in awe of the fact that you played 'Montana Song'.
