  7:19am
Elwyn:

It must be a recording. It's being broadcast from 7 to 11 pm Sydney time.

It's pretty bad but good. I'm still too sober.
  7:23am
hamburger / london:

oh Elywyn you can then bear witness to the spectacle which be Jedward - which I doubt anyone outside of UK / Ireland have ever heard of...
  7:23am
Jay/ London U.K:

@ elwyn that show needs to be watched with a few drinks
  7:24am
fred:

@DJ Mama: What I want to know is why people are not showing up when good bands play. There's been a string of gigs with very poor attendance these past weeks. I know there's a lot going on these days, but this is getting depressing: my favorite venue is already in trouble and one person I know just wants to give up because she lost so much money on the last two gigs.
  7:25am
Jay/ London U.K:

oh my god jedward they are soooooooooo bad
  7:26am
Jay/ London U.K:

@fred the media push bad acts so much that i guess people think they much be good
  7:28am
hamburger / london:

get your friend more exposure on the blogosphere!
  7:30am
DJ Mama:

Everything is available so quickly now that there is already a whole generation of people who have never enjoyed the pleasure of hearing a band live, waiting for their album to come out and then taking it home and listening. The anticipation...
Plus, what Jay said. But it's slowly starting to become subculture to create that experience. So that's a good sign.
  7:32am
Richard from Venezuela:

Good morning Keili and all the listeners.
  7:33am

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Clapping_Song

Kathy Ellis recorded it in '65 - she's the same woman who did "The Name Game" - i.e. Keili Keili bo bailey bananafana fo feili me my mo Maili...Keili :)

Lyrics for the Clapping song apparently borrowed from a song by the Light Crust Doughboys in the 1930s (but of course being wikipedia it all could be made up :)
