Listener comments!

  9:04am Cheri Pi:

Good morning Liz B. What a nice piece this is.
  9:05am annie:

morning liz!!
  9:07am Liz B.:

Hi everyone and welcome to Monday! I want a refund on this "Spring" season, ok? Not quite living up to expectations!
  9:09am Brian in UK:

It's what I believe you folks call peachy here in the UK.
  9:10am Liz B.:

Very jealous, Brian, although you guys had a difficult winter, too.
  9:10am glenn:

what expectations? there's ALWAYS a storm in the last week or so of march. it never fails. so, this is nothing unusual.
  9:14am Liz B.:

You're probably right, Glenn. March and the term "spring" never fail to trick me into thinking the weather should turn.
  9:15am Brian in UK:

Bottle is half full, glenn.

It has been poor, Liz, a little sun does lift the spirits though. Seems like there's a drink theme going here.
  9:17am seang:

*Fist-Pumping*!
  9:19am glenn:

waiting for spring is the best example i can think of to prove the axiom "those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it."
  9:21am Brian in UK:

So Beckett should have written 'Waiting for Spring'.
Last line 'same time next year'
  9:24am Pedya in Serbia:

It will be here in couple of days... nice start Liz... good afteroon.
  9:27am ex:

hi lizZ all
  9:28am luh34517:

  9:33am Al Pope:

Hope SPRINGS eternal in the human breast.
  9:35am dc pat:

I have a sesame seed stuck in the back of my throat. Not totally unpleasant but worrisome...
  9:45am Sesame Seed:

That is one ugly uvula, Bubba.
  9:45am dc pat:

Liz and other FMA-oriented DJs are helping to carry music and culture into the future. Thanks Liz.
  9:46am dc pat:

sesame seed: watch out for a possibly gag-inducing fingernail in the next few minutes...
  9:49am Sesame Seed:

You're not the boss of me.
  9:49am Sophia:

Prefab Messiahs!!!! Yes!!!!! I know it's WFMU, but I am still pleasantly surprised to be hearing them on the radio.
  9:51am dc pat:

SS: washing you down with water now, dick.
  9:52am Sesame Seed:

Bring it on, Muthablublublublu........
  9:53am Marmalade Kitty:

  9:53am dc pat:

Aaaaahhh, welcome to gastric juices....
  9:54am dc pat:

  9:57am Sesame Seed:

I moved to Liz's throat. Better schools, AND a bagel bakery. I'm right at home.
  9:58am david from ks:

  9:59am dc pat:

  9:59am Cheri Pi:

It's definitely spring because the office fruit flies are back.
  10:00am emily:

liz, you are amazing this morning!
  10:02am Marmalade Kitty:

It can be hard to know where to start in life sometimes
?*~*? ..FMA is just one example
  10:03am kris thompson:

hi Liz...that's teenage me in the Prefab Messiahs; i dunno if Jason or Brian mentioned that. awesome show!
  10:04am Liz B.:

Hi Kris, thanks for checking in! I knew it was you but had no idea it was teenage you! Cool!
  10:06am dc pat:

kitty: my plan is to just keep clicking and see where I end up.
  10:06am Marmalade Kitty:

good idea :)
  10:07am kris thompson:

  10:10am Liz B.:

Wow, you were a kick-ass teenager! Glad to hear more releases are in the works!
  10:11am kris thompson:

oops, *previously*, not preciously, haha. more coffee! - and your playlist continues to hit the spot
  10:17am Marmalade Kitty:

If you eat a handful of sesame seeds, it might help dislodge the other one..you know, it might decide to join the rest! just a thought !
  10:18am Marmalade Kitty:

..unless the rest decide to join the other one! That would be quite annoying!
  10:20am dc pat:

that creep has moved on now, but I'll try your method next time...
  10:23am Sesame Seed:

Yeah, that's right. Bullies.
  10:28am Bristol-Myers Squibb:

Try daily Evictium, our new treatment for keeping the throat and upper esophagus free of edible strays. Side effects may include violent peristaltic spasms or hella narcosis.
  10:31am bennett4senate:

liz was Kurt Vile the 'mystery guest' in the WFMU showcase that we couldn't announce before SXSW?
  10:33am (-_-):

who sounds like Ian Curtis back from the grave? missed that.
  10:38am Liz B.:

Kurt Vile was the mystery guest at WFMU's SXSW showcase, and Silk Flowers sound like Ian Curtis back from the grave.
