  Tue. 2/15/11 7:11pm heath:

Mothballs
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:12pm bartleby:

Hazel nuts
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:12pm heath:

The old person smell (tourettes?!?)
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:13pm nerts:

I was going to say "Mothballs" :(
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:13pm Daniel:

Am I wrong? I think Bronwyn has not yet referred to listeners as "onanistic shutins" on Thunk Tank.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:14pm PMD:

All I ask...is that I have an O
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:14pm mike:

hey first time listening to thunk tank and i'm just wondering, the collection of clips you guys were playing before of like carl from aquateen and lil wayne and all the over voice clips. is that a track or do you guys put all of this together?!
Tue. 2/15/11 7:16pm Wendy del Formaggio:

Bronwyn, the women are protesting because of his handling of the "teenage prostitute" issue, as far as I can tell from the newspaper.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:16pm bartleby:

it was an under age girl, you know like Roman polanski, not that Roman Polanski is an underage girl, but you know
Tue. 2/15/11 7:17pm Matt from Springfield:

@Daniel: Due to Bronwyn's listed "audience" on all her shows, "Onanistic Shut-Ins With High IQs", I propose the name "OSIWHIQs" (oh-see-wicks) for Thunk Tank listeners.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:18pm Davice:

Moth's don't have balls do they?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:18pm Davice:

Does Hazel have nuts?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:19pm Paulbert:

Wasn't the morphing wolf cartoon the ones by Tex Avery?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:20pm Davice:

He was a seedy individual.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:20pm heath:

Like gardener?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:20pm bartleby:

if someone is going to be onanistic it is probably better that they be a shut in
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:21pm Paulbert:

I find this onanism discussion quite spunky!
Tue. 2/15/11 7:21pm Matt from Springfield:

"Osiwhiqs" or else, "the Robocallers", in homage to the most frequent callers.
Now maybe I think "Mug-Spillers"...
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:21pm Davice:

Sticky subject tonight.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:21pm Davice:

Sticky subject tonight.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:21pm Ike:

Oh yeah Wendy, I hadn't heard much about the Berlusconi prostitute scandal. Quick googling reveals much:
http://tiny.cc/berlusconispecial
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:21pm PMD:

I'm not sure I'd call it a common phrase. But it is a good one.
Tue. 2/15/11 7:22pm Matt from Springfield:

@Paulbert, Davice: I came in late, I'm wondering myself how the discussion got to this point to begin with!
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:22pm CBK:

Ladyfingers... : )
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:23pm PMD:

Is Jay a rock climber?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:23pm Davice:

coitus interruptus
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:25pm Paulbert:

FLight of the Valkyries, always evokes Apocalypse Now...Smells Like... Victory!
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:25pm Christo:

Chck-peas... : )
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:26pm Davice:

The onanism of the chia pet
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:26pm PMD:

OK, you got a snort out of me with the Cheney thing.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:27pm Cbk:

Tampons+Midol= Crampons
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:27pm Paulbert:

If a gila monster bit Dick Cheney, which would die of blood poisoning?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:27pm Ike:

I prefer microspikes to crampons. Crampons are not only uncomfortable if I step in a spot without snow or ice, but also, whenever I say "crampon" I feel oddly embarrassed. "Microspikes" sounds manly.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:28pm CLawed:

My friend Lenny is an amputee, missing his right hand. His kids bought him a clapper.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:28pm Davice:

I think Cheney would shoot the gila 1st
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:28pm Listener Terry:

After Cheney shoots the boys he takes them in the bullet hole.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:29pm Davice:

Head for the round house Nelly, they will never corner you there!
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:29pm PMD:

@Cbk - I think the equation would be tampons-midol= crampons
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:30pm Davice:

I know a guy who has a Dachshund with no legs; he calls him cigarette and every morning gets up and takes him for a drag.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:30pm PMD:

@Ike - you are correct. Very manly.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:31pm Davice:

Sounds like Mrs. Miller's son.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:31pm JCJ:

"Megaspikes" would sound manly. "Microspikes", no... though more manly than "minispikes" I guess.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:32pm JCJ:

I also know a guy who has a dog with no legs. It doesn't matter what he calls the dog, though; it won't come anyway.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:33pm PMD:

You can talk about B's saggy body and onanism but you can't read out Listener Terry's comment?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:33pm Davice:

Sex Toys?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:33pm Listener Terry:

Isn't it also a paraphilia?
Tue. 2/15/11 7:34pm Matt from Springfield:

If it's anything not an adult person, I think anything is a paraphilia.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:34pm Davice:

Her husband crumbled!
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:35pm JT:

This objectophilia thing sounds a lot like the phantom limb kind of stuff. There's got to be a neurological basis.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:35pm Davice:

the ear jack, silly!
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:36pm PMD:

Men and women have this in equal percentages?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:38pm JT:

zeus can come in a shower of gold?

can you really say that on the air?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:38pm Davice:

Romance + Dance = Sex
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:39pm Davice:

That's not all that projects!
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:41pm Davice:

Can you pee in the shower?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:41pm Listener Terry:

Jay is conflating Love and Romance
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:41pm ?:

objectophilia doesn't seem that bad, esp. the eiffel tower wife... if she thinks this monument returns her love, that would last her a lifetime.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:42pm JT:

I'm with Bronwyn on this one. Romantic love is a form of depression as far as I can see.

Love is different. It's sticking by people through thick and thin. And any connection with romantic love is an accident.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:43pm Davice:

I love Justin Bieber
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:43pm ?:

I love my Yamaha bass
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:43pm Ike:

You can crack open an iPod and replace the rechargeable battery. Instructions are on the net. It voids the warranty but the warranty will surely expire by that time anyway. But getting a reliable new battery w/out getting ripped off is tricky.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:43pm Davice:

Is Justin Bieber an object?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:44pm Paulbert:

Things were so much better in goat-based economies where marriages were arranged at birth...no anxieties, no expectations, no disappointment
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:44pm PMD:

Helga and Heidi the ice axes. Make for a great children's book.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:45pm ?:

wow, dropping out left and right tonight
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:45pm Davice:

You two need some ice . . . cool your jets over there!
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:46pm PMD:

I thought it was just me. I've gotten dropped 2-3 times. This last time I came back and I heard them say things I had already heard. I went back in time!
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:46pm Davice:

Nah, they're just repeating themselves.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:47pm Davice:

The Onanism of the event is killing me.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:47pm Ike:

Yeah the AAC+ stream did that crazy repeating looping thing a couple of times during the show so far. 128k MP3 has been more reliable actually.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:48pm bartelby:

Paulbert, patterns of dowry accumulation in economies like that are what got us what we have today anyway
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:49pm evan:

I had beans and franks for lunch today and now I have copious amounts of gas.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:49pm Listener Jay's Girlfriend:

I am actually a pair of balsa wood ice axes.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:50pm Davice:

Robots do it digitally.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:51pm boop:

oh, the reparte...
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:52pm Listener Terry:

Clearly balsa is the plushie version of of the Ice Axe.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:52pm Paulbert:

What if Data wanted to marry the Borg lady?
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:53pm boop:

add thunk tank to the dog show...
this show is barkin...
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:53pm ?:

I can't wait until blinged-out robot dogs are allowed by the AKC. Another sign of the End Times.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:53pm Ike:

You didn't miss anything, Jay. Dumb ending.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:53pm PMD:

Guess I don't need to watch Battlestar Gallactica now.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:53pm argh:

..I can't believe you just spoiled that
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:54pm ?:

no one needs to watch bg, pmd
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:54pm boop:

if I valued intelligence, I wouldn't be listening to this...
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:54pm JT:

I have a romantic relationship with the Internet. But she never returns my calls.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:55pm ?:

if you valued intelligence, you'd browse away from this page
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:55pm Listener Terry:

Funny, Jay doesn't look bluish.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:56pm boop:

she is romantically involved with the sound of her own voice...
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:56pm Ike:

No no, Jay got it wrong. Nothing spoiled. Anyway the first ~3 seasons are pretty brilliant but after that it goes off a cliff.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:56pm PMD:

The internet doesn't think you are the most intelligent show. It cut you off mid sentence.
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:56pm ?:

U BUFFER 800% SLOWER!!!
  Tue. 2/15/11 7:59pm PMD:

Mine
  Tue. 2/15/11 8:00pm boop:
