Hugh:

Good evening Betsy,
I just KNEW you'd do a tribute show for the great Louvin Bros! Love it
  7:09pm
Ike:

Woah, I only caught the end of "What Are Those Things (With Big Black Wings)" but that was impressively creepy. And "Must You Throw Dirt in My Face" is such a masterfully-crafted song.
  7:10pm
northguineahills:

I must admit I heard "The Christian Life" the first time by the Byrds.....
  7:11pm
mrmucho:

The Byrds' version is great. RIP Charlie. Great singer.
  7:11pm
glenn:

ira louvin is easily one of the great songwriters. hi betsy.
  7:12pm
Betsy:

Hey everybody! RIP indeed, Mr Mucho. One o' the greats of country music.
  7:13pm
glenn:

ira was also a really good mandolin player.
  7:13pm
Wade Austin Ritchey:

Hi, I've been enjoying your show a bunch. I wanted to ask, I found a Rosalie Sorrels LP the other day, travelin' lady - it's great. Have you come across her stuff? If so, how are her other LPs?
RIP Charlie.
Wade

Hi Wade, I don't much about Rosalie Sorrels, actually! Gotta check her out - I know some folks who really love her. And yes, Glenn, Ira was a great mandolin player, and a great high singer...
  7:17pm
Dickel:

Wow there's a T.V. show with this title... What a coincidence!
  7:17pm
Hegemony Jones:

Remember when cowboy "pearl" snap button shirts had metallic threads in the plaid in the disco era?
