Does "autosider" blocked by copyright reason?

If so,thank you for your courage.

There are so many sites includes WFMU upload Yximalloo mp3 without my permission.

music should progress.
  Tue. 12/14/10 4:44pm Scott W:

Hi Yximalloo, so glad to hear from you! I played "2010 Internet #3" on my radio show yesterday, and we do allow listeners to continue streaming our radio programs for some time after the fact. But your tracks are not available for download here. Thank you for always sending WFMU your music, you have many fans here.
  Thu. 12/16/10 12:37am Yximalloo:

O.K. Thanks a lot.

ESP is afraid of releasing "autosider" in JUL. But Northern Spy promissed they really want to release it.
I got the e-mail after a long silence in SEP. "How about only MP3 and CD-R release?". I refused their offer.

When I made "autosider",I also made "differensu". I will send it in JAN.
