  3:18am yuri:

Greetings Bill. Hows tricks? Thanks for the gamalan a go go last week.
it was awesome and I've listened to the archive several times. Promise to leave the choices to u tonite and just learn.. Hope your t'day was great. I'm nodding off all day on the tryptophan...
  3:21am Larry:

Mornin' Bill. We got snow! Want some? It's white
  3:28am Emile:

Fun stuff this morning!!
  3:28am michael:

Snow too in cologne and good morning folks...
  3:29am bill Mac:

Hey Yuri, I've been somewhat drunk on turkey myself. It's a good feeling though. Unbeknownst to me I found a soundtrack on my ipod with a number of gamelan tunes. I'm gonna hafta review what I have on there someday. Trying to do more pop stuff tonite so be prepared for a number of short tunes for a change.
  3:30am Bill Mac:

.... and all of you that were lucky enough to have snow can keep it for a little while longer... starting to get brisk in these parts but fortunately none of the frozen precip as of yet.... morning all!!
  3:36am Larry:

More pop? Grrreat! Bring on Britney!
  3:38am Bill Mac:

Once we get through the 50s things might pick up!
  3:48am M:

great Cher pick
  3:49am Larry:

I was thinking about Britney Piaf actually!
  4:47am Larry:

Great music Bill. Takes me back to someone else's childhood! What was it like then?
  4:48am michael:

great, great show (not snow) today. Pop already...here we go !
  4:49am michael:

in case of the short tracks...are you working in Jogging Pants?
  4:50am Larry:

Yes, photos please, Bill
  4:51am Bill Mac:

I was wondering where everybody went! Yeah Larry, this ain't my childhood for sure.... and I should have some kind of running togs on Mike.... but no, sweatin like a stuck piggie here
  4:51am Bill Mac:

I'm hideous! Look away
  4:53am Larry:

Not my childhood either which makes the music more nostalgic and mysterious in a way. Ok then, forget the photos
  4:54am Bill Mac:

I'm doing you a favor Larry, honest...
  5:14am michael:

Pink Velvet Swing ? !!!!!!!! Right. Might be a good band name for a world career ! What about some fuzztones or gun club...?
  5:14am Steve:

Roy Clark (Wikipedia)

On May 17, 2009, Clark was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame along with Barbara Mandrell and Charlie McCoy.

On September 23, 2010, Clark sang God Bless America during the seventh-inning stretch at Dodger Stadium in a game featuring the Los Angeles Dodgers versus the San Diego Padres.
  5:15am Bill Mac:

I think I could fit some Gun Club in here....
  5:16am Bill Mac:

That's great about Roy Clark, he was cool back when country artists were cool.... and they were believe it or not
  5:18am michael:

Howe Gelb...he`s a hlaf german scince his time in Regensburg. What is he doing today. Back home ?
  5:20am Bill Mac:

Huh, yeah, I know the band went on to do things like calexico and Friends of Dean Martinez (?)
  5:23am michael:

Think that`s true. Saw some solo gigs in the 90`s and he was on the road with an old Renault from Regensburg and a sleeping bag.
  5:24am Larry:

That sleeping bag became his wife I think . . . .
  5:28am michael:

Alright, that`s great gift. They still married ?
  5:32am Larry:

Not sure. Think he's back with the old Renault. He was a big Francophile . . .
  5:38am Larry:

Nice evolving transition Bill, from then to now. I hardly noticed it
  5:41am Looms:

Morning from thawing out France everyone!
  5:42am michael:

Familiy is back, i`m out... nice weekend folks!
  5:45am Larry:

Morning Looms, goodbye Michael
  5:55am Looms:

The last gig by Messer Chups here was okay. Didn't enjoy it as much as the first time i saw them back in 2003 (Lydia Kavina was there with her theremin, it was quite amazing).
