I second that cecile, GI BEER!!! Just learning about Scott & his brewery. Stoked & hope to see the brews in nyc,there's a few great hcpunk run bars that would love to carry some crucial Die Kruzen brew.

Could you describe a little more of how your own production grew, what size (kettles etc) are you at now and what breweries/brewers have inspired you?

Dogfish is a great brewery. And they grew from a tiny operation.

I love DogFishHead, my sister has a beach-ish house in Milton De. India Brown Ale, 90 min IPA. Punkin Ale They have a steampunk tree house they brought home from Burning Man.
